This beautiful area of Connecticut, is where my husband and I set down roots, and where we have lovingly fixed up this property throughout the years. Our private home sits next door to this charming little farmhouse that we are so pleased to open up to travelers. We have always enjoyed hosting friends and family for all occasions in our own home, and we are excited to offer a space that is private, warm and welcoming to our guests. We hope you will feel right at home and enjoy this peaceful spot as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

The farmhouse is nestled on top of a hilly and wooded area you often find in northwest, CT. The neighborhood is quiet and serene and feels remote, while only being minutes to town. With the large field and surrounding woods, as well as hiking trails within walking distance, it really is a nature lovers dream.

What makes this property unique

Built in 1767, this quintessential old New England property has the charm only found in a 260 year old home. It is one of the oldest homes in this area of town, and has been restored to accommodate modern needs but still reflect the simplicity of a colonial home.
