Absolutely beautiful lakefront home. Very, very clean home. All linens and towels provided. Wonderful outdoor spaces too! We will definitely be back to Elverson and Lakewood.

We thoroughly enjoyed the setting and relaxed atmosphere. Very private and quiet. The road and area across the street were very walkable. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Lakewood Retreat is a beautiful home with a gorgeous outdoor setting. The house and property are furnished thoughtfully and cared for with love. We enjoyed the lake- fishing, boating, walking, birdwatching, sitting on the benches surrounded by the tranquility of nature. At night we star-gazed and made smores by the fire. The perfect place for families to rest and be renewed and refreshed. We love it here!

This house and property is beautiful! The listing is exactly what you get. I especially loved the beautiful back porch with the pergola overlooking the very beautiful backyard and private lake. It’s very private and the area was very quiet, which was nice. I would definitely stay here again! Hostess Tereza was very responsive any time I had questions prior to booking.

This place is absolutely stunning. Well appointed and very cozy, and kept spotlessly clean. The perfect getaway located in beautiful French Creek park just as advertised, fishing and kayaking available on property was a blast. We brought our pups who absolutely loved it. Highly recommend.

First time here but not our last! Celebrating 35 years at this perfect getaway that was extremely clean, views from every window that were so pleasing, especially the lake. Our golden retriever loved walking-running around the lake with his parents. Husband had a great time fishing. Myself? Who knew I was a Cornhole Champ? Fireplace cozy,jacuzzi healing. Host A. Wish this was a well kept secret but this is a slice of heaven for sure. Naomi's decorating in every nook & cranny made me smile. Can't wait to come back.

Absolutely fantastic! Very relaxing and a great opportunity for a 'country escape'. If it weren't for the long drive to get there the stay would have been perfect for my family and our guests. Next time we'll consider a longer stay to see more of the area and enjoy your wonderful retreat!!

The property was clean and just as described. It was a great place to relax and spend time with family. We really enjoyed the pond. Our family loves fishing and we had a great time on the water. We were pleasantly surprised by the pickleball court and had a blast playing every evening. A couple of days it rained while we were there and so it was nice to have the garage for some cornhole and other games as there is no television at the house. It’s a great place for a vacation focused on rest and relaxation and time together.
