Convenient location (8-10 minute drive) to St Pete’s Beach, Pass-a- Grille Beach (great place for shells 🐚) & Fort De Soto. Downtown activities is about a 15 minute drive enjoy restaurants, shops, Friday & Saturday night live music & great food. Visit Tropicana Field to watch the Tampa Bay Rays play your favorite team, just a 10 minute drive. Also 25 minute drive to Bush Gardens & a 90 minute drive to Disney-world & Epcot.. Wonderful stay

We got to spend a few weeks at this Condo and our stay was great. The location made visiting my daughter at the University of Tampa quick and easy. The location is close to the St. Pete beaches and St. Petersburg downtown. I would recommend this property to friends in the future.

Everything about this condo was just exactly as the pictures showed, and even nicer as we physically experienced it a few weeks ago. You can easily spread out for your own privacy, but also gather together as a family in the spacious living area. It flows so nicely! We loved the clean, fresh and simple decor. The bedrooms were large and the beds were amazing. One thing is for sure, any family will enjoy this place. Tina was extremely good at communicating with us. She was ready with a response for anything that we needed. We would definitely repeat staying at this perfect little piece of heaven in St. Petersburg.

Florida Holiday

The property was well equipped and comfortable. We were advised just before we left that there was some work going on to install stairs and balcony to the condo above and the insect net was not fitted to the outside area. In the event the patio area was unusable. This work was being done throughout the site with many upstairs windows of apartments boarded up, which detracted from the ambience of the site. That said, we enjoyed the location and had no complaints about the appartment.

Best of Both Worlds Getaway (Beach and City)

Honestly, the experience and the condo itself was everything that I was looking for in my trip. My entire goal was to live the Florida lifestyle for a few weeks, just to see if it suited it me. Thanks to the condo and Bermuda Bay's community/location, I quickly discovered that it did. There was not a single night that I did not walk over to the private beach (2 minute walk) to catch the sunset and enjoy the view. In some cases, I was already there enjoying the sun or swimming at the pool that directly overlooks the water. The condo itself was everything that I really needed, and the bedrooms were extremely large. While the community itself is not overly modern, Robby and Tina have done a great job with modernizing their condo to make sure it has everything you could need over the course of a month plus stay (internet, smart TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, updated fridge, great appliances). On top of the condo and community itself, the location of Bermuda Bay was great for accessing the rest of what St. Pete and Tampa has to offer. Treasure Island (my favorite beach) was literally 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic. Gulfport is 5 minutes away and it is an awesome little beach town made up of a few great restaurants and beach bars (O'Maddy's & Siri's Pizza were two of my favorite). It was great because for days you don't feel like messing with the crowds of Treasure Island/St. Pete beach you can just pop into Gulfport and have access to a really nice, more local based beach. On the other side of things, downtown St. Pete was less than 10 minutes away and offers more nightlife options than you could explore in a month, and you can actually get over to Tampa in less than 30 minutes depending on traffic. I also have to mention that Tiki Dock's is a great marina bar and restaurant that is literally 2 minutes down the road from Bermuda Bay and has GREAT food and a pretty solid happy hour. I was a regular by the time I left town. In the end, I really enjoyed my experience at the condo and renting from Tina and Robby. They were very accommodating and clearly value their property and the people that rent from them. I would definitely feel comfortable staying there again. The only negative I have to say is that the access gate and parking arm to enter the community takes forever to open, but that's a very small price to pay for such an inviting, safe and well maintained community and condo.

Property was well maintained and was safe and secure.

My daughter and I stayed at this property for 18 days. We were in St. Petersburg for her to have surgery. This property was a safe haven for us! We felt safe and comfortable and cozy. Condo was very well stocked with all the luxuries of home. It was obvious that the owners had put in a lot of time and personal attention to the decor and amenities. We would definitely stay here again!!
