Located on famous Broadway, you'll be in the heart of all the action. Our spacious condo has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and relaxing bedrooms. Take a dip in the rooftop pool to cool off after a day of exploring the city, or relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture. Please Note: For security and logistical reasons, we kindly request that no packages or mail be sent to the building. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Pool/Spa Area Rules: 1. The pool/spa area can be accessed between the following hours: * Sunday through Thursday: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM * Friday and Saturday: 7:00 AM to Midnight 2. Excessive noise is strictly prohibited in the pool/spa area. 3. Food and glass items are not allowed in the pool area. Rooftop Pool, Spa, Deck, Gym, Game, and Theater Area Rules: 1. 24-hour CCTV surveillance is in effect in the rooftop pool, spa, deck, gym, game, and theater area. Gym Hours: The gym is accessible between the following hours: * Opening Time: 7:00 AM * Closing Time: 10:00 PM We do not live on-site but just a quick message away!
