This Condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 king beds, a full kitchen, a dining area, and a large covered patio. 8' wide sliding glass patio doors lead out to your 28' long private screened patio. from both the living room and master bedroom. This unit is on the second floor.

We are located just up the road from the bridge to Siesta Key with an easy and quick commute within 2 miles. We are within a block of Publix groceries, shops, and many restaurants. This is a convenient easy location to get out and about to the many things Sarasota has to offer

Wi-FI, Roku, and designated free parking space. Additional parking may be available for a fee. Inquire if interested. The washer and dryer are located in a shared coin-operated laundry room in the building.

Maximum condo occupancy is 6 including all children. Correct occupancy must be in the reservation or communicated & paid before check-in.

Clean and close to everything

Kim was extremely helpful through the whole process, the property was very clean and centrally located between Sarasota and siesta key. I would book agin.

Good Base of operations to visit SW Florida

Located in a busy retail neighborhood. Central location to many SW Florida attractions. Good place to crash, but wouldn't want to spend much time here. Cleaning crew needs to do better, found empty beer cans under the bed.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review, but not sure if you have the correct property as all our beds have always had commercial flush-to-floor bed frames so nothing can go under the beds. Also, next door to us and the entire bock we are on is all residential homes with a dead end on each end of the street. In front of the building is a 1 block long road with sidewalks in front of that and then a more traveled road that is a mix of condos, townhouses, apartments,s, and retail. Many people like that they can take a short walk to groceries, restaurants and shops..

Nice apartment in Sarasota area

Clean, comfortable and convenient two bedroom apartment. Not on the beach but only 15 minutes away, as are 2 state parks and downtown Sarasota. Many restaurants and stores are close by. We had an excellent stay.

My husband and I stayed here. It was cute and clean. We liked having all the extra space, but it would be plenty big for a larger family. It was a easy commute to the many Sarasota beaches, restaurants and entertainment, The king beds were very comfortable and full kitchen was a plus. Thanks...

Great value and choice!

Great !!! This villa had everything we needed and more. It was spacious and very clean. It is a large 2 bedroom villa, king beds, full kitchen and private screened patio. My wife and ended up staying here after we had a reservation not far away for a basic bed in a room hotel which would of been fine, but that other place was definitely not acceptable once we saw it. Then we found this and were able to get a last minute reservation and we were extremely happy with this choice. This was such a great value for the money compared to other things we saw. We would stay here again with out a doubt.
