Quiet, convenient location in cape Coral.

Property is nicely laid out for privacy and convenient for time together. Kitchen nicely outfitted (but there was old coffee in the pot when we arrived). Living room furniture very comfortable. Master bedroom mattress too soft. Bathroom rugs old and worn. Sink light in master bath worked only intermittently.

Well stocked Townhouse with garage on canal

Very comfortable - does have the bedrooms upstairs. We did walk our dog in the neighborhood and people were friendly. Was stocked with everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. Very close to restaurants and stores- not that far to beaches and entertainment. The only down side was I believe it was overpriced.

Joyful family vacation

The house was spotless on our arrival! We also loved the heated pool.It is not big,but perfect for quick splash. Decor of the place is lovely and tasteful. The equipment in the kitchen was wonderful.You have everything you might need to prepare a quick meal. We would love to come back and recommend this cozy townhouse for others for wonderful vacation time!

It was wonderful to be able to enjoy this cozy and comfortable townhouse.Very nice decor.I was extremely impressed with how spotless the place was on our arrival!!! We have stayed in these condos before, they are nice but I had to get the towels out of the dryer when we got there and fold them which was a surprise, bring your own spices, good value great location

Awesome townhome in Cape Coral

We had a great time at this townhome with a private heated pool and boat dock. The place is very clean, the bed is so comfortable and all the amenities you need to feel like home. It is also situated in a great location., very close to downtown and the beaches. Just walking distance to the grocery store, bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed the private pool after being out on our boat all day. We would definitely stay there again!

Pool is not heated.

We checked in at 4 on Tuesday, report to the management company that the pool is very cold and that the water was not circular. They informed me that it would warm up. In the morning it was still cold and still was not circular. They said someone would come out and fix it. No one Came till late Thursday, the pool lady said the filter was filthy and need to be clean. She said it would he know by the morning. We were able to use the pool on Friday our last day. I was in constant communication with the management company about the issue. They told me the owner was aware. Very disappointing because the reason why I rented this place is because of the private pool. We are pool people, and were very disappointed we were unable to use the pool most of our stay. At the end a very small refund was given.

Very nice property in a great location.

The property is within a short walk to a number of good restaurants or less than a 5 minute drive. It is about a 10 minute drive to a sand beach on the river. The property was in great condition and the property manager was very responsive to questions. The neighbors in the adjacent condo are super nice and gave great info on places to see, eat, etc. Would not hesitant to stay again. Loved the place.

March 2019 Cape Coral Trip

This was an beautiful townhouse with everything you could need and has a canal in the rear of it. The townhouse is located close to E. Cape Coral Pkwy, which makes it easy to go in any direction to locate establishments. There are two (2) grocery stores near by, Drug stores, restaurants, and a couple nice fun comfortable bars. I highly commend this location for anyone wanting to stay in Cape Coral.
