We’re from Boston and bought the condo because our parents live in Lely. We mostly use it for the Christmas week only.

Why they chose this property

We love the calmness of Lely, the ease of using the pool and pickleball, etc. amenities. Also, we couldn’t ask for better neighbors. They’re a fun group! This is not a 55+ community. There is a mix of all ages here.

What makes this property unique

I love that it is all one floor with no stairs at all! The clubhouse has a lot of gatherings if you want to meet people. They have card nights, happy hour, breakfast and coffee times, games of pickleball, etc. Or keep to yourself in this quiet environment! These events are posted on the clubhouse but there is also a Facebook Group with reminders and general communications for the community. We’ve met lot of, what feels like, almost extended family here. Everyone gets along really well and is friendly.
