The view from the room and balcony was stunning! Easily saw dolphins swimming by each morning! Easy access to the beach and surrounded by walkable grocery and food options. Very quiet too! Can’t hear other renters at all! Excellent time!! Highly recommend we will definitely go back!

This is on the 1st elevated floor right beside the glass tunnel to the indoor pool as well as three cute trees (meaning you have a little bit of visual privacy). Easy view of outdoor pool and beach. High quality gray vinyl floors, and host had broom and dust pan in closet, making it super easy for us to brush up sand and crumbs. Very close to stairs leading down to arcade/pool/movie theater. Host provided little welcome bag containing a laundry pod, dishwasher pod, clean sponge, and mini dish detergent. Washing machine and dryer located conveniently in locked cubby outside unit. Really tricky lock/handle for that door. Plenty of room in fridge/freezer. Big coffee maker, toaster. Plenty of cups, plates, silverware.Suggestions for improvement: one additional washcloth per bathroom and one additional extra toilet paper roll per bathroom. Also suggest switching out bed frame / headboard in master... quite squeaky with any bum, pillow adjustment, rolling over. Seawatch staff was continually mopping lobby floor and checking status of pools and umbrellas. Security desk at entrance was always staffed with friendly people, so we felt safe. Right across street from TJMaxx, Dennys... one block away from groceries, donuts, ice cream. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Note that it sleeps 6 comfortably in bedrooms and two more on couch in living room area. Kitchen was nice and well stocked with pots, pans, dishware.Being on first floor (one above ground floor) was convenient when elevators were busy as one flight of steps are nearby. Balcony was nice and we ate out there a couple times.The building itself has a lot to do with movies, game room, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis/pickleball courts, pool table, etc. Beach is right there with a quick walk over the dune.Garage parking was nice. You checkin at guard at garage and pay 75 per car for full stay. Before 4th of July week they allow multiple cars per unit. After that, only one car per unit… so check what’s allowed. Had guests over one day and they were allowed topark for free for the day because it was not as busy.The only drawback to the property was the crappy Internet/wifi connection. We had a couple folks have to work. The connection to the internet kept dropping. Eventually they walked down to Library down street and used Internet and workspace there. Think it’s a building wide problem.Checkin was easy as code supplied for door lock. Also there are many bins and luggage carts in garage loading area to get your stuff up to room.Really nice beach stay experience. Would highly recommend.
