We had such a great stay at the chalet! It was the perfect fall getaway, so peaceful and surrounded by beautiful fall colors. The chalet was super cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and we loved the movie selection! The property was beautiful, with greenery all around, and it was so easy to get into town. Richard was a great host and very responsive. We would definitely recommend again here!

Beautiful place in the woods just outside of Woodstock. The property is stunning and the space is very well appointed. Richard was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely time at Richard’s house. It was so comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and the proximity to hiking and towns with restaurants and coffee shops. Richard was very welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed. A fabulous host!

The chalet is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you would need. The pool and pool area are very nice for a leisurely afternoon. Only a couple miles from town and hiking. Overall nice weekend away. Host is an excellent communicator.

The chalet is beautiful! It is also one of the cleanest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. We cannot wait to return. We felt like we were in our own private retreat yet it’s close to some wonderful places. The pool is an added bonus and the outdoor space is gorgeous. It is a perfect place for couples!

This is a brilliant place to stay. The property itself is very spacious with a comfortable bed and sofa area. It has everything you need. Richard is a great host, he’s very attentive whilst also giving you the complete privacy you need. He’s just there should you need anything. The property itself feels private including the pool which is definitely a highlight. Overall, we really enjoyed this stay and its perfect location for Woodstock and surrounding towns.

Richard’s home was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. The property is stunning, incredibly spacious, and the pool is fantastic - it truly feels like a dream getaway. Everything was well maintained and made for a relaxing, memorable stay. Richard was a wonderful host: welcoming, thoughtful, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout our visit. One of our best weekend getaways! The place was clean and very cozy. The host was great and gave us some good recommendations. It wasn't far from the shops and restaurants but still secluded enough to feel like you're out in nature. We didn't want to leave. Highly recommend!

Cabin is great, wooden style with nice decorations, fireplace and a swimming pool. Instructions were very clear and the host did a great job at giving food and hiking recommendations, and places to check out in general. Very nice man to chat with. Highly recommend, if you want to unwind and are looking for a cozy, relaxing and fresh place to stay for a few days.
