Located just behind a sand dune, this coastal property is less than a 1minute stroll to the white sands of Peregian Beach. This sought after location is only for the very fussy guest that appreciated sea-side location that guests describe as relaxing, comfortable and affordable.
** The property is NOT suited for wheelchairs and has NO wheelchair access to the home or bathrooms.
No high rises, no night clubs, no noise or trouble. It’s a family friendly relaxing location enriched in the natural environment of coastline and native bush-landscape. A secluded and exclusive part of the Sunshine Coast that everyone will enjoy.
The home is beautifully designed, fresh, new, clean and open with top notch furnishings and linens. One of the very few properties this close to the beach with a pool and lots of space and gardens to enjoy.
We are always fully booked, book now to avoid disappointment.

- Peregian Beach Village Square is 1.0km away (walk on the sand, drive, run or ride). Yes you can access the village square shops from the beach. This is my favourite aspect.
- Beach Access is 30m from front door.
- Sleeps 8 guests. (Master Bedroom =KING, x2 QUEEN bedrooms, x1 QUEEN Sofa Lounge Bed).
- 3 Bathrooms (Double bathroom for King room, Double bathroom for Queen rooms and a third toilet and basin in laundry).
- Full Linen Service.
- Air-conditioning in Master Bedroom.
- No working airconditioner in the Living room.
- x8 Aerospace technology ceiling fans through out home and all bedrooms and living areas.
-The home is VERY cool as per architect design. This was a requirement of the build and the architect did an excellent job of capturing the sea breezes and allowing the home to stay 10 degrees cooler on the inside!

A disappointment

When paying premium rates for 7 nights, you expect the amenities to be top notch and as they were advertised when booking and paying in full 7 months ago. This was not the case. No gas for cooking for 2 days, no sound system, coffee machine, board games or large cooking pots. The TV and Dyson were broken. All broken and missing items were apparently "stolen", and the previous tenant/s were blamed. On arrival the dishwasher was full of dishes which had to be rewashed. The garbage bins had not been emptied. After making contact with the owner, a new TV was delivered 2 days after checking in, which we had to setup ourselves. No apology or compensation was ever offered. We were advised that we could leave if " we were not enjoying the experience". On checkout we were threatened with an extra nights payment due to being 22 minutes late. Abuse was hurled our way by the owner Sarah and the female cleaner, who was laughing and swearing from another room. We were also threatened by Sarah, if we chose to leave a bad review. We have been renting properties in Peregian and Marcus Beach for 28 years, and this is the first bad review we have ever given.

Peregian Beach House

Whilst the property was very well designed by the architect it was let down by the location so close to David Low Way. The traffic noise was a problem as I had to purchase ear plugs to sleep. In spite of the proximity to the main road we still had an enjoyable time.

Great location and lovely house for a beach getaway!

The house has a beautiful feel to it with a lovely garden and outdoor area. We brought our dog and found the place very suitable for our needs. We were very happy with the location….Under 1min walk to the beach. Just down the road from the main hub of Peregian. Great spot we really enjoyed our three night stay.

I am a cardiovascular physiologist with ambitions to study medicine and contribute to my community’s health. I am a passionate, friendly and honest person and a mother to my 2 year old daughter. I have lived in Peregian Beach for many years in the past and I have also been a host for many years with Air bnb. After a break from hosting, I have just recently listed my beach house for holiday letting on multiple platforms for bookings from December 2022 onwards. The reason why I chose to return to hosting is the enjoyment I get from meticulously preparing my beach house for the enjoyment of my guests. I am a people person and making your stay as comfortable as possible is a priority of mine. I have completely re-furbished the property in order to give it a fresh new look and accommodate more guests to create more comfortable living and sleeping spaces. I absolutely love indigenous art and I pay my respects to the Gubbi/Gubbi elders past, present and emerging. I acknowledge that my beautiful home sits proud on the traditional owners of the land; the Gubbi/Gubbi people. ( I am saving up to put some nice pieces in the house, the dreamtime stories fascinate me!)
After enquiring with a number of professional holiday letting agents, I quickly learnt that hefty guest service fees, and limited customer service was apparent and I immediately decided that I could provide a much more friendly service with minimal fees to my guests if I managed my own property.
In the past I have had many repeat clients, and this is something that I aim to achieve again with you. If there is anything I can do for you, please ask. It is my absolute priority to ensure your stay is as comfortable and welcoming as possible.

Why they chose this property

This property has been meticulously designed and furnished to meet your expectations. Located in a quiet cul de sac amongst the Noosa National park and a stones throw to the sands of Peregian Beach, this is truly a relaxing atmosphere. While no ocean views are apparent, the property is located within one minute walk to Pitta Street, Beach Access 68. An off-leash dog friendly beach to the south of this access. The sounds of the ocean waves crashing can be heard through out the home. I think this is a special feature, especially at night when sleeping.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with the position of the home, the unique architecture and the way natural light and sea breezes flow through the home. Situated on a large block, with lush and landscaped gardens, the property is alive with native fauna and flora. Seclude behind a sand dune, and adjacent to the national park I enjoy every aspect of this home and hope you do too. Peregian Beach village square, is becoming a very popular holiday destination. The Noosa Council offers FREE buses for everyone during the Christmas and January period. It differs to Noosa Heads in giving a sophisticated and relaxed beach vibe embezzled in unique shopping and delightful eateries and cuisines.
