Cabin was clean and stocked well. The floors passed my white socks test. The host responded to any questions instantly and was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
Had a really great stay felt so relaxing got to visit with other family members and come back and kick back relax not worried about nothing would highly recommend it to others Thank you !!
Spacious living room, dining and kitchen area, nice screened in porch with hot tub, and grilling area near the steps & front door was great! Smaller bedrooms (w/1 new mattress & another needing an upgrade) & 1 bath. Some audio/visual entertainment (bring your DVD's, CD's & 8 tracks!!) Retro decor was a throwback to growing up...
Quiet area with a great tree lined narrow road and nearby lake access. A nice anniversary getaway close to home.
We have stayed at this property twice now. It is exactly as described and feels so much like home. It's quiet and cozy, and just what we needed. The area is perfect and the neighbors are great as well.
If you want a quiet getaway with lake access near then this is the perfect location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is so close to the lake and to land mark TN hiking trails. We love the outdoors... but coming back to the cabin and enjoying the hot tub was an additional treat!
Everything was awesome except for the bed - by the 2nd night we weren’t getting great sleep because we couldn’t get comfortable and we both kept rolling to the middle. My boyfriend kept waking me up saying that we were sleeping on a chain link fence - we laughed a lot and made a memory for sure! The hot tub was amazing and it was super private. The family room has a really comfortable couch to lounge on! If the mattress gets replaced we would stay here again for sure!
We arrived at the property with very good instructions on entering. We were very pleased with the condition of the property. It was so close to so many attractions that made our stay so enjoyable.
Love the cabin and love how close it is to the ramp. Ice cold AC and cable TV!!! Wish it had more bedding options. Fam had to sleep on air mattresses in the living room. Especially love the screened porch and hot tub. This is our 3rd visit.
This was a beautiful clean house! It was amazing and would highly recommend it to anyone! Everything you needed was there! I would most definitely stay there again!
This rental felt like a home away from home. It was absolutely peaceful. The house was clean and we had no issues! I did message Carolyn one time and she responded promptly to make sure our needs were taken care of. We will definitely be back!
We enjoyed our stay here and may be back another time! We did change out a few light bulbs with extra bulbs we found in the house and we fixed a lamp and dumped out the debris in the grill. It had caught fire a couple times due to build-up. Carolyn said she would have the matters taken care of. She also informed us the driveway light switch is by the screened in patio door since we couldn’t find it. The cable remote in the bedroom doesn’t work well but the one in the living room does and it is a nicer TV anyway, so we just used that. The DVD selection had a couple alright options (just impressed there were options at all) and the board game options were great!! The hot tub worked excellently. It was very private too even though on the front screened in porch. The deck is very large and nice. The house has just about everything in it you will need. It has some basics like salt and pepper and even flour, coffee, and foil, but not oil. The only thing we really needed were clothespins but we used rubber bands we had instead. There are plenty of utensils and dishware etc. Pots are somewhat limited but are still sufficient to meet needs. The house can accommodate several people. It has numerous chairs, a couch, two beds, and an air mattress, from what I saw. The beds and bedspreads were much nicer than in the pictures. There are brochures for area attractions. We loved the goat farm. The road nearing the house is a bit steep and phone signal is lost but it isn’t far to the house. The house has WiFi, you just can’t make phone calls unless you are in town which is 10-15 minutes away and has a Walmart and other food options, although the town is quite small. The yard is fairly steep so it probably can’t be used for much. The parking spot is slanted so your car will be too. There is a car port and some stairs leading to the front door. The house does have large windows without blinds but it is decently private, though there are neighbors of both sides. The house has a vacuum and mop device and the appliances worked well. The laundry machines were so nice to have! As a 5ft 2in person, I would not want the shower head any shorter, but it does have a hose. The shower has a seat which takes up some space. It has plenty of hot water. The heat and air situation worked well. This was a great find and we will keep it in mind for future trips!
Everything was as advertised. Qe loved our time there.

Now let's talk about the cons.
We both fell on the Entry steps. They are uneven in height, very treacherous at night. Hot tub after 2nd night had a foul odor so strong we were afraid to use it. Entry and parking. Impossible for our 20' pontoon.
