Located at the Ruidoso River Resort, the only Ruidoso Lodging Property right on the River ... This Ruidoso Vacation Rental is a beautifully decorated three bedroom condo with Master Bath Suite and two additional Full Baths. Located in the heart of Ruidoso, we are walking distance to Midtown shops and restaurants. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped courtyard which includes gas grills for guest use, a large fire pit for cozy evenings and a meditation area on the river.

This condo is not pet friendly. If required, look at other condos at Ruidoso River Resort which are designated Pet Friendy for canines up to 15 lbs.

Beautiful unit. Great for a family. Very comfortable and walking distance to downtown

Condo was on the 3rd floor (which we liked). There's an elevator available if you can't negotiate the stairs of have a lot of luggage. The property manager (Phil) was super nice and was able to accommodate our request for a slightly early check-in. Very nice unit.....looks almost new. Very nicely decorated. Had queen beds in two BRs and two full-size beds in the 3rd bedroom. No sleeper sofa, but there was plenty of extra bedding if you needed to have one extra person on the couch. Only issues we had were with the coffee maker and the bedding in two of the bedrooms. Coffeemaker evidently has had the carafe replaced and the one with the maker did not fit. It was too tall to fit under the coffee holder if the lid was on correctly. If you flipped it over it would fit, but then wouldn't engage the bottom of the holder to allow any fluid flow. I spent 15 minutes having to engineer a work around and then the pot brewed super slow.....not a great start to the morning. The flat sheet and one of the pillow cases on the master bed had very evident stains on them. Same staining issue on sheets on one of the queen beds. As mentioned earlier there was extra bedding available, but at this rental price point (and after paying a $100 cleaning fee) we shouldn't have to worry about stained bedding or changing out sheets and pillowcases. Disappointing. Other than the two issues, the place was well-stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, etc.

Kurt, Thanks for the review. Much appreciated. We're glad for the 'most part' you enjoyed your stay with us. We'll get on that coffee carafe replacement. I know that can be annoying when you're waiting for that first cup of black gold in the morning. The sheets ... well there's no excuse. We're refunding your $100.00 cleaning fee and we have our housekeepers on the hunt for those particular sheets so they are removed form our inventory and disposed. Winter Ruidoso visit

The Condo was very nice and perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the fireplace which was great for keeping warm. The condo is in a great location and it was very easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. The condo does have a strong mothball smell which someone might want to look into. However we really enjoyed the Condo and it’s great location.

Better than expected!

We loved our Thanksgiving get away here. The condo was fabulous! Very clean! Looks brand new in every room. The cozy fireplace and large spacious bedrooms/bathrooms made our stay perfect. We got snow on the last night. With the firepit in the lovely courtyard and snow it was postcard beautiful. We will stay again. We were on the third floor which we loved. Stairs are slick in the snow but we managed nicely. Kudos to the owners and the property managers!
