Welcome to your North End retreat — a fully remodeled 5-bedroom, 4-bath home that sleeps up to 12. Designed with high-end finishes and thoughtful touches throughout, it’s perfect for family gatherings, business travel, or group getaways.

Inside, you’ll find five unique sleeping spaces and seven total beds:

- Primary Suite – King bed, ensuite with walk-in shower and claw-foot soaking tub.
- Garden Level Apartment – Private entrance, queen bed, ensuite bath, living room with sleeper sofa, and full kitchen.
- Level 1 Guest Room – Queen bed with private bathroom.
- Level 2 Guest Room – Queen bed with hallway bath access.
- Flex Loft – Two twin fold-out beds, ideal for kids or extra guests.
- The gourmet kitchen features a Thermador gas range & oven, warming drawer, wine fridge, full-size refrigerator, under-counter microwave, and all the cookware and serving pieces needed for hosting up to 12.

Home was beautifully and set up perfect for a family stay. It had everything we needed. The location was awesome as it was close to Hyde Park. Would definitely recommend staying at the home. We will be back!

Can't thank Kevin and his family enough for opening their home to us. The house is in the wonderful historic part of Boise that makes it so easy to walk to so many wonderful parts of the city! First off you are right by the Co-Op which is one of the best stores in Boise. So many great finds, and literally right out your back door. They have a great coffee shop, groceries, bakery and meat market that is just so helpful in a pinch. Also, we walked to our beloved Hyde Park in less than 10 minutes. It's such a great neighborhood to just look at all the amazing houses and especially in the fall with all the great colors and leaves everywhere. We also walked downtown in less than 10 minutes to the hockey game and dinner most nights. The tri level was great for keeping everyone separate and having space. Only problem is if you have someone who can't do stairs it could be an issue, but thankfully there is a bathroom and bedroom on the first floor. The kitchen is large and expansive enough to cook, host and have a big outing since you can be in the living room and enjoy each other. It's nice to have two living spaces too. Though my favorite part......the porches! The side porch was great for morning coffee and just hanging out. But the top porch was so great to be up on in the evenings overlooking the Boise skyline! It was beautiful up there. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious and wonderful. I highly recommend staying with them! Hope we can come back soon.
