The Marriott BeachPlace offers a premium location in the center of the Fort Lauderdale Beach Strip featuring onsite restaurants, bars, stores and shopping. Nearby is the famous Las Olas Boulevard and the Bahia Mar Yachting Center. This spacious and well-appointed two bedroom, two bathroom condo features a king size bed in each bedroom with luxurious bedding, separate living space, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. There's also two sleeper sofas (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The condo accommodates up to eight people.

The resort features exceptional amenities including 24-hour staff, a heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi, a well-equipped fitness center, casual poolside dining at the signature Splash Pool Bar & Grill and a selection of family-friendly resources.

Parking fee $39 per day, one car per reservation only. Access to parking is via public parking garage with a clearance of 6'8".

Renovation Update:The resort will be undergoing an exterior façade painting project from June 10, 2025, through January 2027. Please anticipate the presence of contractors on the exterior of the building and construction noise. Access to balconies will be needed to complete work, which could cause intermittent availability of balconies.

This is a great location

There is a lot to love about this place. We wouldn’t stay here during spring break again as it’s pretty rowdy in the area, but the place is great. No reason to drive. Everything is right there

Steps away from the beach, Marriott property with good bedding and well stockrd kitchenette, clean and as expected. Property manager A+. Enjoyed the pool and pool bar. Steps away from fantastic restaurants. I would stay here again but would caution families with young children during March break - it's a party area and loud at night.

Marriott Beach Place - Mar. 18-25

This property was as described. The entrance/exit through Beach Place Mall is not ideal, but it was disclosed in the description. South of Beach Place was heavily Spring Breakers, north was far more relaxed. All of the staff were pleasant and professional. Beach and pool facilities were readily available and clean. Fort Lauderdale has lots to offer all ages.

On the beach family friendly place!

We truly enjoyed our stay - from beautiful view of the ocean to super resort services and staff. The building is on “top” of several restaurants and shops and we stayed during Spring break, but really didn’t feel much noise or partying students. Resort is also really close to several restaurants that we walked to and didn’t use our car rental the whole week - could have saved money on that. We also appreciated having fully stocked kitchen, since we bought supplies (on the bottom floor CVS is well stocked) for breakfast and could lazily enjoy breakfast on the balcony without rushing to get to restaurant. Our rooms were really clean and fresh. Pool and jacuzzi was clean and well maintained as well. I guess the only small inconvenience is that the elevators are slow, especially during peak times. And there are really no stairs option, if you needed to go only one floor. Overall, we are definitely coming back!

Great Condo and Perfect Location

Wonderful condo with full, connecting suites (each with kitchen facilities, sitting areas and private balconies) allowing for privacy and plenty of space. Condo was very clean and updated with new decor and furnishings. Exceptionally comfortable beds, generous and thick towels, and beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Although we vacationed during Spring Break, our condo was quiet and not impacted by the college vacationers. The central location is ideal and we did not need a car~~we could walk to restaurants and shops easily. The beach is right across a road with crosswalks for easy access and we had no problems going back and forth.It was actually easier and closer to access than many other beachfront properties we have stayed at. Beach chairs and towels are free to pick up at the pool area and take to the beach. Great starter amenities of coffee and filters, laundry and dish detergent, shampoo, etc are provided. We would certainly recommend this rental to others. We had a lovely vacation.

We loved this property, it is exactly as it is advertised! Great location, very clean and Chris was great to work with! The only thing I would suggest is having a couple beach chairs available especially since there are COVID restrictions for the pool right now.

Wonderful Week

We had a fantastic time at the Marriott's Beach Place Towers. The rooms were clean, updated and very nice. We checked in quickly and were pleased when we saw our rooms. We rented the two bedroom suite. We were able to get an ocean view and had coffee on the balcony every morning. The pool was awesome. We sat by it every day. There was entertainment at the pool and we had food and drinks from the Splash Bar on a few days.. We also walked the beach every morning. The beach is directly across the street. We walked over a mile, both ways, and decided that we liked the location of this condo the best out of the other places we had considered. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and the local Publix was just a short Uber drive away. We walked to most of our dinners and when we decided to go off the beach area, an Uber car was quick and easy. I appreciate the way the owner checked in with me a couple times to make sure everything was fine. We could not have been happier with our stay.
