Located at the doorsteps of the famous Hunter Valley presents to you Livy Lou's Cottage.

In under 10 minutes you will start to experience all the pleasures, scenery and amazing wineries the Hunter Valley has to offer.

Our charming 3 bedroom renovated cottage offers a fresh, modern interior combined with a relaxed setting to have you feeling right at home.

Your stay comes with UNLIMITED wifi usage and Netflix.

We have a large fully fenced yard perfect for children and for small to medium dogs pending approval.

We always ask that our guests check the backyard space when arriving to ensure they are comfortable for their children and pets to play in. For the colder months of the year we have firepit which can be used under adult supervision.

3 bedrooms come with queen bedding, all linen and fresh towels provided, open plan kitchen/ living, separate dining area, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine.

Aldi coffee machine with complimentary pods.

Rice cooker, sandwich maker, outdoor BBQ and games to keep you entertained.

Perfect stay

The property was as gorgeous as the pictures looked. Plenty of natural sunlight, such a clean and homey feel. Would definitely recommend to stay here.
