Apartment was perfect for our weekend at ourfest 2026. Right in the heart of the gayborhood. Host was great with communication and the apartment was so cute!!!! The French press in the mornings was a nice added bonus as well!!! Highly recommend this property and will def stay again when we come back for other events!!!

Nice clean place. Very noisy neighbors but what can you do there. Thin walls. What was concerning was that there were no second egresses. There was only one window upstairs boarded up with an air conditioner. One window downstairs leading to a small 4-5 foot alley between buildings. Not sure how this place got an occupancy permit. Thank goodness there was no fire. Only one door out.
