THE BEACH ACCESS IS JUST AS NEAR AS 2 BLOCKS

TRANSPORTATION IS EASY & CHEAP - RUNS BACK AND FORTH FROM PROPERTY TO TOWN BY BUS OR COLECTIVO OR UBER OR TAXI EVERY 12 MINUTES ARE ROUNDING,
YOU CAN UBER AS WELL TO ANYWHERE IN JUST 5 MINUTES FROM TOWN TO PROPERTY BACK- AND-FORTH !!!!!

SO YOU DONT NEED TO SPEND IN TAXIS ... UBER IS BETTER AND WAY MORE CHEAPER, BELIEVE ME, KEEP THAT IN MIND.

Absolute nightmare!

The posted photos are deceiving! No hot water for the shower. No Nespresso coffee maker. Bar fridge not a refrigerator. Two burners for cooking on, only one works. No ice machine. I reluctantly stayed for the month I paid for, laundry facilities were advertised as available when I paid. The manager wanted extra money for clean sheets and towels.

Let us be clear about this deceiving review from Margo B. - Shame on you Margo - writing there weren't nesspreso coffee maker and no ice maker in the kitchen, nor hot running water in the shower, who you want to fool? Is an 8-foot refrigerator similar in height to a small bar fridge one for you? .... Dear readers; The laundry on site building are external facilities and is separate from the Vacation rental month price, on the other hand NEVER has been shown doing laundry for free in the ad rental, manager on duty explained to Margo B, a normal wash cycle for cleaning sheets and towels usually takes between 50 minutes to an hour like anywhere, at the end of the two cycles, the manager asked Miss Margo to pay for doing laundry requested the costs to pay were $3 usd for one cycle wash and additional $3 us dollars for a drying cycle however miss Margo refused to pay for a laundry service she even requested, she wanted all for free. Everything is cam recorded Miss Margo is a natural cheater, shame on this lady. Ofcourse I wouldn't recommend her as a guest to anyone. Be careful with this lier

Not great but cheap

Property is behind a commercial building .access down a driveway walking to Costco or Walmart is difficult as you need to cross over 8 lanes of highway traffic . The unit itself is up stairs and has a shared walkway with 4units consequently little privacy. Inside the unit we stayed had broken tile floor, broken tile at corner of kitchen counter , only 1 burner worked on a 2 burner stove despit manager saying it had been fixed. Lighting in unit is terrible with only 1 lite in ceiling and couple of dim wall sconces. Cracks and chips in walls. Unit has running water most of the time, turn shower on and wait 5minutes for warm water. The unit was large tho. All utensils for cooking are very cheap Walk to beach is a 20 minute walk with access thru Riu hotels

Amazing place

Caroline's place was wonderful. She was very accomodating, you have restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, fine bakery, a great taco standing half block away the apartment and supermarkets Walmart and Costco nearby without the need to use your car, we took a walk to the beach every day and afterward finally around 6 o'clock we were eating by the pool watching the sunsets. Hands down loved everything about this place and her cleaners were 10/10

The property grounds are well are maintained and consistently cleaning as well as the big garden the swimming pool as well cleaned by professionals twice a week in order to keep it cristal clear in addition to that this property offers a Fine Bakery onsite, a coffee shop onsite & waffles, Pharmacy Sodas & Chip's Sold here, icecream shop as well, guard security 24/7, Walmart & Costco 2 blocks within walking distance restaurants, taco standings, liquor stores, a milk shake store sushi-bar, a gym, shops, all in all a great value! so give your self a chance to live in a great vacation experience without breaking the bank.
