Villa Altavista is a beautiful villa, situated in Icici (Poljane), a small town, next to Opatija- the town that was the summer destination of famous kings and tsars. And this villa definitely has a royal touch. On the outside, you will find a private pool, garden, and terrace. This is the place from where you can enjoy the splendid view of the Kvarner bay. The inside is very spacious, made of quality materials. The villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen. Private parking and the property is completely gated.

A large garden is great for five-a-side football or badminton if you need a break from lounging by the pool.

Traumhafte Villa für perfekten Urlaubsgenuss

Die Villa spielt alle Stücke, vom wunderschönen Blick über die tolle Ausstattung bis hin zum Spiel und Spaß. Es ist alles sehr geräumig und bietet 8 Erwachsenen genügend Platz für Gemeinsames und Rückzug. Der Wellness-, Fitness- und Spielbereich ist eine große Bereicherung.
