Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect
We ask guests to observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM every day, in accordance with Sedona city ordinances. Excess noise may result in fines and, in severe cases, removal from the property without refund.

Smoke-Free Policy
Smoking is not permitted indoors. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Smoking outdoors is allowed only in designated areas—details will be shared in your guidebook.

Gatherings & Use of Space
Small gatherings are welcome within your designated property area. Please keep all activities away from shared driveways and common areas to respect the privacy of other guests.

Security & Safety
There are security cameras at the property entrance for safety. No cameras are present inside or in private areas.
