Perfect, Peaceful Place

This property is exactly as described and looks just like the photos. The online to check in and check out process is very easy. It was refreshingly clean and and bright. The ocean view and beach access were excellent. It is within walking distance to some attractions and a short drive to others, such as Fager's Island. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and plan to book another getaway to this delightful condo very soon!

Family vacation

With a small amount of cash for repairs and updates, along with better housekeeping between rentals, this could be a great rental. The location is second to none.

Wonderful

This place to me was wonderful. You walk out an literally the beach was right there. There was construction, but we didn’t mind it one bit. If you like to bowl there was an Alley opps right across the main street, Dunkin Donuts and a 7 eleven all in literally less then 5 minute walk. Will definitely keep this place as one of my favorites.

Better than expected

Location and layout were great. The unit shows its age, however. The outer entry door needs repair, a couple of indoor and outdoor chairs need to be replaced, and the keyless entry pad is difficult. But the proximity to beach and roominess of unit were better than expected.

For the most part it was nice

So for the best part of our stay was fine we did end up leaving early. We went out for lunch and came back and items were moved so it looks like someone came in while we were out. That kind of scared us so we decided to just leave then stay another night. Beds were very hard but location was nice and place was clean.

Not bad but can’t be better

The property was perfect steps from the beach. Unfortunately there was some sand inside the apartment but maybe is to be expected, one BAD thing was that the bathrooms - shower were clogged making us hard to shower and to wait until all the water was gone. There was a leak under the sink. The beds were too soft or old. We Informed person in charge but nothing was done specially about the bathrooms. I hope they fix that so we can come back again. Thanks,

We had a plumber come up to empty the sand out of the traps and fix the leak under the sink. Our mattresses on the beds are new, I do apologize but they cannot be changed for softness or hardness. Nice but could be better

No elevator to top floor. Not enough lighting for games. Not enough choices on the TV limited viewing. There was a dead roach in my bathtub. drainage is poor in the house. None of those are show stoppers just naggers that can be fixed very easily and would send your ratings up, with the exception of the elevator. the balcony furniture could use some updating also. the plastic is getting really brittle and breaking down. Unsafe to sit on now. It could crack and someone back can be hurt really bad...

Was very nice n location was great. Just think they need to some adjustments with the place.

Was very nice and accommodated our needs. Although kitchen counter had crumbs and found beer/soda cap on floor in dining area. Just didn't seem very clean. Had a hard time getting in cause of entry door having two different entry key code items,, was just confusing n had to call office.. The screen door would not shut n was afraid the high winds would blow the door off.. thank God that did not happen.. Was pretty disappointed that we paid extra for linens and toiletries n were not supplied. I feel like We should have been discounted for these items that weren't supplied. But the location and the place was lovely. Thank you

Relaxing and close

We enjoyed out stay here. It was a great location. Our only concerns were there may not have been as much cleaning done beforehand as we had expected due to Covid but all in all what matters is the space was definitely enough for 5 of us, the location was perfect, it was relaxing, and we all enjoyed ourselves especially after being in a stay-at-home order for over 2 months. We will definitely be back.

Royal sands

Comforters were ratty and ripped in children’s room. Televisions were older(only one had hdmi port). Unknown stain on shower curtain in children’s bathroom. Management was attentive. Being right next to the beach was lovely! Overall, decent place!

The homeowner appreciates your suggestions but would like to note that the televisions have 150 channels as well as Wifi capabilities and the shower curtain has been replaced. In addition, the owner replaces the comforters annually but is sorry if the current ones were not up to your standards. Served its purpose but no frills or thrills

Overall this place serves its purpose of having enough space for a family of 6 stay for the week. The kitchen is open however bare regarding useful utensils and cleaning supplies. Updates are needed throughout the condo, new shower curtains that had mold on them so we removed it for the week, DVD player did not work and tv has limited channels. Cleaners do a very mediocre job from the last tenants. The rugs were dirty and seemingly hadn’t been washed maybe, ever. We were supposed to have 2 keys for the week but one only worked so we heavily relied on one person and hoped we didn’t get locked out all week. If you need space this is a good option.
