+ Primary Bedroom: Very large room with one king bed. (Sleeps 2)
+ Bedroom 2: Small room with one queen bed. (Sleeps 2)
+ Bedroom 3: Medium room with two full beds. (Sleeps 2-4)
+ Bedroom 4: Large room with one queen bed. (Sleeps 2)
+ Primary Bathroom: An ensuite bathroom with shower and deep bathtub
combination.
+ Bathroom 2: The shared bathroom accessed from common hallway. It has
shower with sliding glass doors.
MIDDLE LEVEL: This floor has the kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining area, half bath, laundry room, and a sunken living room with Entry Door #2. The large deck is also accessed from this level.
+ Kitchen: All new cabinets, countertops, sink, and appliances. Well stocked and
ready to create some special family meals and memories.
+ Breakfast Nook: Round table with banquette bench and antique ice cream parlor
chairs. A charming space for casual meals, snacks, drinks and storytelling.
+ Dining Area: The table normally seats 8 people. It is extendable with two end
leaves which then seats 12 people.
+ Living Room: This comfortable room is perfect for family gatherings, offering
plenty of seating on sofas, chairs, the fireplace hearth, and even the plush new
carpeted floor. A large picture window showcases a lovely view of Mount Sopris,
creating a cozy and welcoming space to relax and spend time together.
BOTTOM LEVEL: This level has a family room, full bathroom, and Entry Door #1.
(There are also two bedrooms, #5 & #6, but they are not currently available for use.)
+ Family Room: This is the place to hangout and watch movies, Netflix series,
sports, and more. The room has a 65-inch TV and a very large sectional sofa with
pull-out ottoman. With ottoman fully extended, the sofa transforms into a
movie-time lounger or night-time sleeper. Sleeps 2
(for slumber party, 3-4 small kids).
+ Bathroom 4: This is a small bathroom with shower and bathtub combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS:

has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a gas grill. The deck is also good for
stargazing after dark.
+ Buckhorn Bar: The backyard is mostly natural and open, but its main feature is the
one-of-a-kind, barn-style hangout known as the Buckhorn Bar. This rustic spot
has been the backdrop for countless family picnics, parties, and celebrations over
the years. With eight Adirondack chairs and plenty of big, flat rocks for extra
seating, it’s the perfect place for everyone to gather, relax, and share laughs
under the open sky.
+ Parking Spaces: The property has space for six cars. Two by Entry Door #1 and
four by Entry Door #2.
