The property is excellent for relaxation, and space.
The house wasn’t as clean as I would expect and needs a good scrub. Booking was easy and communication excellent.
House was lovely and in a beautiful spot. Did feel like the bins being put out was as a rather huge deal with an outdated calendar on fridge and several reminders. Would be handy to have some essentials like dishwashing liquid (only tiny amount left) floor cleaner as the floors really needed a good clean. Overall amazing house and we enjoyed our stay

Thank you for your feedback we will pass it on to the owner.
The listing does state in the description and under amenities that there are quilts and pillows provided and that you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.
Property and location are great for a fishing holiday.
Amenities well catered for.
Maintenance/cleaning of the home however needs closer monitoring.
Attention to detail is lacking. Cobwebs and squashed mosquitoes on the walls. All beds in the house were uncomfortable. Single bed slats were broken and non functional. There were plenty of doonas and coverlets, suitable for any temperature.
Overall we had an excellent holiday and left the property cleaner than we found it.
Sadly my family had a bad experience with our 4 night stay last week. Bathrooms & kitchen dirty. Dishwasher not working properly, dishes covered in scum and food. Had to wash by hand everything we used. Bathroom showers are moldy and had to wear thongs. Grill filthy! Twin beds dangerous because slats fall through on frame. Carpet, blankets, and mattress’s stained and needs washing. Overall maintenance needed… screen slider held together with tape & fell apart every time it was used. Hall bath toilet had a crack. Entire house needs to be updated throughout. The one great thing about this home is it’s beautiful location. Honest review

The house was a great location but it really needs a deep clean.
Listing as described, large family room, good for families. House requires a thorough clean as upon entering there was oil splatter on the stove top. This is questionable considering cleaning fee is charged in between bookings. Other than that house is sufficient for a family weekend, but keep in mind you’ll need to bring all essentials, even extra toilet paper.
My family and friends stayed at this amazing property for Australia Day. It was very clean, and a great place to stay with friends and family. We had good interaction with the owners due to the bins being full and they got that sorted for us which was really helpful!! Would definitely stay again
Great property and location. Enjoyed the views. Ants in the kitchen were an issue and not many kitchen supplies etc tea towels.

Great & practical location to explore Yorkes and the Gulf
A perfect base to explore Yorke Peninsular, especially if you are planning some fishing & boating excursions. The convenience of having a marina birth is excellent.
Plenty of room with a perfect backyard view. The only let down being the poor 4th bedroom fold out beds.
Great location, loved the pontoon. House was really nice but I think there is little amenities available. There was no rinse aid for the dishwasher so the dishes didn't dry the best, they have a washing machine but there was no washing liquid supplied. I only needed this because my little one had a fall and his winter jacket got filthy haha. The shower was pretty mouldy but clean. Loved the stay it was awesome that we could have the boat tied up out the back on the pontoon. The only problem was two days wasn't enough. I would definately stay here again it's close to all the pubs and easy to get meals. Thanks for letting us stay here and we will be back. Thanks Thomas Family
Nice sized property, could have been a bit cleaner, such as mould in showers and smears over kitchen surfaces. Needs a good scrub!! Lovely view of marina, good sized kitchen but lacking essentials such as foil, glad wrap, tea bags etc.
Had a few small issues such as hot water not switched on and TV not working but these were resolved quickly and easily by the property manager.
The futons in 4th bedroom are very uncomfortable to sleep on so if you were relying on these for a good night sleep you might need to reassess! Might be ok for young kids, not suitable for an adult.
Location is great for easy access to Wallaroo and Coopers Alehouse and an easy walk to North Beach Kitchen for breakfast or coffee.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay just a couple of tweaks & TLC could improve it more.
Property was clean but a little tired. Kitchen equipment pretty basic. Beds were uncomfortable with the master bed squeaking every time the inhabitant moved. Dishwasher broke down while we were out which tripped the electricity and therefore the fridge with our food inside. One of those things unfortunately but contributed to the overall rating. We booked knowing linen was not supplied but there are better properties out there for similar money that include linen. Cleaning charge is over the top if bringing own linen. Lastly there were ants in the dining area, fortunately the property did have ant spray. This happened to be a popular weekend for accommodation due to Masters Games therefore our group had limited choice. We would only stay here again if there was nothing else available.
