Open up all the sliders and enjoy the game from the lanai or just enjoy the beautiful fountain. Kitchen supplied with all your needs plus pantry and extra fridge in your 1 car garage. Grill provided. Gated community perfect for walking and biking. Located close to pool and hot tub. Private island allows for a relaxing days and beautiful sunsets, seating is provided. Located 6 miles from Fort Myers beach or Sanibel bridge. Welcome home to Gulf Harbour Yacht and Country Club Community! Tenants must sign the lease before booking is final. $200 fee for lease review and approval by the HOA management company, basic information and vehicle information required for entrance.
