This is definitely a small space, but good enough for one person and a short stay. The decorations were super cute. Snacks and beverages were provided. The shower is very tiny, but everything was in working order. There are stairs above and a few barking dogs inside on the premises as they are protecting their property. I wouldn’t recommend this for more than 1 person unless you like being very cozy. Communication was good. The entry is private and it is a very safe neighborhood with lots of great places to eat/drink within walking distance! I didn’t need a heater or AC. Just had a window open for fresh air.

We arrived after dark and the property that we were staying at was listed as a room for two adults. We got to the property and there was no lighting to get to the back of the house they multiple gates. Then when she figured out which door you were supposed to open, you had to crawl over wood boards to get into the room. Thi was just basically a room under the stairs. There was a bathroom and a little area that was just big enough for the bed and this area they tried to make into a coffee bar. It was almost impossible for two people to move around in that room at the same time. It was a little cold when we got there, they said they brought a heater in for us to use when we got there. The fuse the heater was on was broken so we had to plug it into the bathroom which means we got no direct heat. It did not feel like a safe location. When people walked on the stairs, not only was it extremely loud and woke us up, dust fell from the ceiling. We left at like four in the morning because we had no desire to be there any longer. Definitely not what I was expecting for the price that I was charged. I could’ve stayed at a hotel for that price And not felt like I was crashing in a college dorm. Property manager was extremely nice but gave no real warning of what we were walking into. I will not be staying here again.
