Panoramic ocean and sand views from this stunning residence located in beachfront Tingira Crescent and only a two minute walk to the beach. Whale watchers paradise.

Three bedrooms with surrounding decks on the first level (3 queen and 1 single bed). Bunk room on the bottom level with single bunks and a single bed. Sleeps 10 people. We also have a portable cot and high chair available.

Huge timber-floored living areas opening with bi-fold doors to a spacious deck on the second level.

Minutes walk to local café and only 15 minutes walk or few minutes drive to the Sunshine Beach village or Noosa.

A wonderful family holiday house. Kitchen fully equipped. Great views. But unfortunately we had issues with ants on two of the three levels.

Lovely Property

Probably the best place we have ever stayed at up the Sunshine Coast and Dog Friendly was a huge bonus. Very Impressed and it was a extremely well appointed inside with a desirable layout and view that made the 3 days of rain very enjoyable for staying in. Really appreciated how well stocked up it was with necessities, very considerate of the owner. Thanks.

Good for family holiday, plenty of room, not for from Noosa Heads. Everything worked well. Needs a bit of clean up in pool area.

Nice Size House with Gorgeous Ocean Views with Some Teething Problems

First impression of the house it could of done with another clean. There was plates/cups dirty in the cupboards not even washed, human hair over the lounge room area with broken glass on balcony and around the pool. Not ideal when we have a 8 month crawling baby. The listing said baby gate at property when I asked Trish before arriving she said there wasnt as it was thrown out, so before arriving we went and purchased one then found a baby gate in one of the bedroom cupboards downstairs. So that was really disappointing! The vacuum was broken only worked for 40 seconds. No privacy on the balcony or pool area when the next door neighbour kept staring at us, quite uncomfortable. The elevator was ideal being 3 story, beautiful breeze and views and the kitchen was well equiped with cooking utensils.

Brilliant holiday home!

This was an effortless holiday- easy check in, all required supplies were available- close to the beach- comfortable and stylish home- perfect! I would recommend this home to anyone who wanted an easy and beautiful home to enjoy the sunny coast.

HEAVENLY HOLIDAY

This property has the most sensational views and location imaginable as well as a fabulous floor plan. Though there were a few minor teething problems at the start, these were sorted out quickly and efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. Our time in the house was truly blessed and happy time with daily dolphin and whales visible from the balcony and just an amazing place for relaxation and fun. See you soon!

Outstanding ocean views

Perfect accommodation for two generations, one of whom found the lift invaluable. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Absolutely gorgeous ocean views, much entertainment with kite surfers and paragliders. Very pleasant to be away from the business of Hastings St.

Holiday with a view

This is a fabulous property. It has a tremendous view of the ocean and sunrises, especially from the top floor. (The sunrises are certainly worth the early wake up) There is an easy walk to the swimming beach and a coffee shop. The house itself has modern amenities and comfortable rooms all tastefully decorated. We were also thrilled to be able to accommodate my son's beagle as it is pet friendly. It is a short drive to Noosa and the Eumundi markets if you wish to explore further. There is a dog beach 2 beaches down to the right at number 38. We also enjoyed the local birdlife and a nearby park - Rainbow Park which is great for walking and for birding. I have no hesitation in recommending a holiday stay here

Amazing place to stay!

This house was everything we needed, perfectly located close to the beach, cafes and shopping centre. There were 5 adults, 3 teenagers, a 2 year old and a baby and was big enough that we all had our own space when needed. I liked how Trish had a safety gate at the top of the stairs and a port a cot for the baby, it's the little things that made all the difference.

We loved the whole experience overall. The house is well appointed and has everything you need. Including a cake tin !!! The pool space is wonderful. Would book again

Breakdown

The home was in a good position sadly we needed the lift to work and after a week of it being really not suitable breaking down everyday we were offered another property and took it so we could keep staying in Sunrise beach.

Beautiful Property with Amazing views and great location!

Really well appointed and spacious, we didn’t use the pool, because the beach which is across the road was still warm (for Victorians!) Quiet location away from hustle and bustle of Hastings St really relaxing definitely stay again!
