Included in the Beach House is the use of two kayaks which are perfect for exploring the bay and to access the swimming pontoon moored a short distance away. The property is securely fenced making it perfect for friendly outside dogs.

Rising Tide Mt Dutton Bay

Amazing property in such a beautiful location! If you enjoy the raw southern Australian coastline and everything it has to offer, this is a great place to base yourself and explore.

Beautiful

Very clean, cozy and welcoming, a great place for some R&R. Nothing overlooked, kyaks, bbq, outdoor fire pit, fully self contained property. I will be back.

Well equipped and clean

Unit was well equipped, clean and made us feel at home. Could relax, enjoying the on the bay views while working remotely with good mobile bandwidth available from Telstra & Optus. On the cold days, it was nice to lit the fireplace, making it warm and cozy.
