The main house spans three well-appointed floors, each with balconies featuring partial Gulf views. Five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, are thoughtfully arranged with three on the first floor and two on the second. The third floor is home to the expansive living, dining, and kitchen areas. The carriage house, located above the garage, provides an additional bedroom, bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for added privacy or extra convenience. For easy access, the main house includes a private elevator and a first-floor laundry room.

The main kitchen on the third floor is a culinary haven, complete with a wine refrigerator and standalone ice maker. A kitchenette on the first floor and a second full kitchen in the carriage house make this property ideal for hosting large gatherings.
