The Enchanted Oasis - Private Resort Pool, BBQ, Fire Pit and Two King Bedrooms

Escape to this enchanting oasis in quiet Paseo Village of McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale. With 2 king bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms, guests will find the perfect space to unwind. The large living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of fun. Enjoy the nice outdoor patio for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the sun next to the resort-sized private pool. Pool can be heated at $60 per day for entirety of the rental period. No partial period requests for pool heating. Pool will be on or off for the entire stay. Let us know before you book if you will use the pool heater so we can turn it on before you arrive and we will also adjust the fee price before you book. There is no pool fence, but all house exits are alarmed to comply with City of Scottsdale Pool Barrier Regulations.

Office bedroom has full size desk and all devices may access the printer. Primary suite has a smart TV and DVD player. Living room has a SMART TV with high-speed internet available.

Two-car garage and extra parking area through the remote-controlled double gate allow for multiple vehicles. No visible RVs or trailers per POA rules. Property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Please do not park in front of neighboring homes.

The McCormick Ranch location allows for experiencing everything Scottsdale has to offer. Spring training is nearby at Salt River Fields and several other Scottsdale venues. A short drive to the fun of Old Town Scottsdale, Talking Stick, the Pavilions, Kierland Commons, Top Golf, and Casino Arizona make this the place to stay. Multiple golf courses await and hiking trails abound. Tempe Town Lake is less than 15 minutes away for water sports and biking paths. Mecca of shopping at Fashion Square mall, and the Pavilions, and Tempe Marketplace are nearby as well. Neighborhood walking paths and multiple community parks are easily accessible a few steps away. Enjoy the abundance of local dining, a gym, salons, pharmacy and coffee shops -- all located inside of Paseo Village. Create memories in this charming home to last a lifetime.

McCormick Ranch POA requires 30-day minimum rental. Please reach out if you have any questions about the property, neighborhood, amenities or terms. April - October, summer rate may be negotiated and utilities will not be included.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Door Code will be used for entrance, no keys to return.
Please check that the garage door is down and gate and garage remotes are placed on the kitchen counter before leaving. Please lock the door between the garage and the laundry room passageway door.
Lower umbrellas and return pool floaties to the patio for storage so that nothing blows away. THANK YOU!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool can be heated for an additional $60/day. No partial days. Pool heater is either on or off for the entire stay.

Our family has lived in McCormick Ranch since 2017 and we absolutely love the area. As our children have now moved on, we decided to keep the familial home and share it as a rental to others. Our family is all in the Scottsdale area and we will be your property managers. We love this house and hope you will too. My wife is a realtor and longtime resident of Arizona.

Why they chose this property

McCormick Ranch is one of the last walking-friendly neighborhoods that is also close to all of the action of TPC, Old Town Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson Auto Show, with Biltmore being close as is Downtown Phoenix. Scottsdale and Phoenix airports are equally convenient. Scottsdale is a "major league player" in the Spring Training game with the Diamondback team's home field within walking distance of McCormick Ranch at Salt River Field. Several other ball fields are located in the area as well. One would be hard-pressed to find a neighborhood with more dining options. We can provide a list of our favorite restaurants and popular upcoming places to consider if you like.

What makes this property unique

McCormick Ranch is centrally located for all that Scottsdale has to offer being so close to the 101 freeway and the interior of East Valley. The setting is top-notch. The home itself is an open concept living and dining room with bedrooms branching off from there. Chef's kitchen and huge island/bar making cooking and entertaining fun. The BBQ is situated off the exit door from the interior range making it easy to go from indoor to outdoor food preparation. Dining al fresco is also a breeze with the tables being off of the sliding glass doors to the patio area. In most 4 bedrooms in McCormick Ranch, it is unusual to have a third bathroom. This property has a powder room is off of the kitchen area, which is nice for easy access.
