This Ozark house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 full-size crib, and a pack 'n play. Nestled on our family farm, this location offers open skies, natural beauty, & a slower pace of living—yet is just a short drive from local dining, shops, & attractions, including the family destination city of Branson, MO.
Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a unique family stay, or an inspiring setting to unwind, this Victorian farmhouse invites you to experience both elegance & natural beauty. We just added a 5 person Hot Tub in the backyard!
Our home was fully remodeled and updated in 2025, featuring:
• New HVAC system for year-round comfort
• All new fixtures and outlets throughout
• Remodeled kitchen with modern appliances and finishes
• Updated downstairs living area
• New flooring in select areas
• Freshly painted walls
• All new toilets, including a bidet in the master bathroom
We’ve designed the space to be comfortable, stylish, and move-in ready, giving our guests a fresh, modern experience with every stay. Smoking Policy
Our home is 100% non-smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping).
• Minimum fine of $250 for any smoking inside the home.
• Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning, odor removal, or damage is needed.
• If you smoke outside, all cigarettes, butts, and ashes must be completely discarded — leaving no trace behind.

We’re happy to paws-itively welcome small dogs (up to 15 lbs) to our home under these tail-wagging rules:
• Paw off the furniture! Keep your furry friend off beds and couches.

• Clean up after your pup: Accidents happen — we appreciate any messes being taken care of.
Fees & Damages:
• A $75 flat pet cleaning fee applies per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or bedding will require additional charges to help us fetch replacements.
We love hosting well-behaved pets and their humans — following these rules helps keep tails wagging and our home happy!

I am originally from Texas and I am a Yacht Chef by trade. I have 4 amazing daughters and a beautiful wife. I love photography, travel and we love hosting guests on our 7 acre farm.
Why they chose this property
We absolutely love Ozark Missouri and how safe and convenient it is to Branson and Springfield area. We also just got a bike trail that comes right in front of our property.
What makes this property unique
Our home was built in 1987 and is what they call a modern Victorian House. Which means it’s full-size on the inside. We just remodeled our house completely in 2025 and made it all state of the art. Complete with a full game room downstairs, beautiful new fixtures in chandeliers throughout the home. We spared no expense. We also have a beautiful greenhouse and a fully functioning farm that you will get to see on the property.
