Charming 2-bedroom condo with lake view. Light & airy. The Lakes Country Club.

Charming and full of light, South-facing unit on a peaceful lake, steps from multiple pools and Jacuzzis. This two bed, two bath, 1368 sq.ft. unit has one queen size and two twin beds and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. There is plenty of storage in this unit and each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom. With amenities like central heat and AC, a washer and dryer, BBQ, and free WiFi, your stay will be comfortable and easy. The Lakes Country Club offers pickleball, tennis, a state of the art fitness center, beautiful dining/club house and a variety of activities. It also offers a fantastic location (enjoy the convence of near-by grocery stores, services and shopping), and is beautifully landscaped. I look forward to hosting you at my boutique desert retreat. 30 day minimum. Utilities, wi-fi, and gardener included. If staying longer than two months, one housecleaning per month is mandatory and paid by owner. One small dog well behaved and potty trained is allowed. No smoking inside or outside unit. Cleaning fee of $130 non-refundable. Pet Fee $130. Guests must also abide by The Lakes Country Club tenant policies.
