About the host
Hosted by Saf
My partner Sylvia and I are world travelers who have lived on many continents and speak many languages. As former expats, we quickly learned that it is not the right way to travel if one wants to absorb and pay homage to the local culture. We were blessed to have been welcomed with open hearts by the many communities we lived in, and we would like to return the favor to those true travelers who come with open hearts and curious minds.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it is a local's neighborhood, where real full time Reno residents live. It is close to the beautiful UNR campus, and just minutes walk to two of Reno's most beautiful nature parks. It is for those respectful travelers looking for an immersion into the local life and Sierra Nevada scenery.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique from the majority of other rentals, in that it is owned by locals and lived in with all the comfort amenities one would need in a day-to-day. It offers all of the luxury, tasteful art, and privacy one would expect for themselves in their own home. We welcome travelers and culture protectors.
