This cozy 3 bedroom home sits in one of the quietest and safest neighborhoods, with two great parks nearby, many trails, and barely any traffic. This home is equipped with all the comfort one might need to rest, work from home, or just have a home base while exploring the Sierra Nevada and Lake Tahoe. We look forward to hosting you.

This home offers ample natural light in every room, a comfy living and dining space, two cozy bedrooms with queen beds, an office space with couch, and a spacious backyard.

The living room area is an open space with a TV viewing area, a dining area seating four, and a modern fully equipped kitchen for those who enjoy the intimacy of a home cooked meal. The comfortable sofa and Moroccan pouf face the Full HD smart TV, and a digital sound system.

The office space is equipped with a motorized stand-in desk, an LG USB-C 27" 4K monitor, and PreSonus studio speakers.

The bathroom has a spacious shower with natural light and vanity (no bathtub).

The property sits in the West University neighborhood, scenic and very quiet, only 5 min walk to Rancho San Rafael Regional Park (Reno's biggest park), and a 10min drive to downtown and Midtown Reno.

The owner was very nice. The house is really nice, clean and homie and very close to the Casinos. The bathroom is not that big but clean. We really enjoyed our stay there, particularly since the neighbors were very quiet.

We chose this neighborhood because it is a local's neighborhood, where real full time Reno residents live. It is close to the beautiful UNR campus, and just minutes walk to two of Reno's most beautiful nature parks. It is for those respectful travelers looking for an immersion into the local life and Sierra Nevada scenery.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique from the majority of other rentals, in that it is owned by locals and lived in with all the comfort amenities one would need in a day-to-day. It offers all of the luxury, tasteful art, and privacy one would expect for themselves in their own home. We welcome travelers and culture protectors.
