Platypus Park Country Retreat - Pipers 2br/apartment

****Please note - two night minumum for long weekends, Easter and Christmas.*****
Your two bedroom apartment is situated on a small rural property just a few minutes drive to the town centre of Bridport. Fully self contained, with modern kitchen, bathroom, comfortable living room with flat screen smart TV. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room also has a double sofa bed. You also have use of the pool table in the games room and can wander the seventeen hectares to the Brid river to see a platypus. There are also cattle and chickens on the property and trout fishing dams, and of course the friendly kelpie cross Sofie, who just loves people. Peace and quiet in the countryside but close to the beaches, restaurants and shops - perfect.
There are a total of seven different accommodation options on the property.

Serenity

Lovely surroundings. Abundant fruit trees.. Very peaceful except for the rooster and the water pump very close to our cottage. Lovely renovated kitchen and bathroom. Beds comfortable. Towels werent up to accomodation standard. The lounge suite smelled musty. Overall a nice place to stay, just a few small things could be easily fixed.

Peaceful spot to relax for a couple of nights. Easy walk to Bridport. Hosts were lovely, even with contactless arrangements for covid. Lovely spots in shade to enjoy a wine and cheese.
