New studio room in Werri Beach. Great location, one street off the beach and an easy stroll to Bowling Club and iconic Werri Beach Fish & Chips. Perfect for couples with option of single roll-away bed for a third person. Includes kitchenette, lounge, dining and ensuite.

This newly constructed private studio in the heart of Werri Beach is perfect for couples looking to experience the South Coast. The studio is attached to the main house, however, it has a separate entry and guests will be given absolute privacy during their stay.

The studio contains a queen bed, 2-seater lounge, TV, ensuite bathroom, wardrobe and kitchenette.

The kitchenette contains cutlery, crockery and glassware, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and small refrigerator.

Free parking is available on the street.

The accommodation is in a great position so close to the beach. The room was spacious and was a lovely surprise to receive some cereal, milk, and chocolate. The only improvement I would make is have a larger kitchen bench area with a microwave. Was a great holiday.
