*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

They have roaches all outside,they were on our cars. Also in the parking area and in the house in the master bedroom upstairs… the walls were dirty hand prints on the tv and the floors were also very dirty. Our lil girl had black feet within five mins of us walking in we mopped on arrival.. also black specs all on out comforters. Not satisfied.. great location tho

I would like to clarify that none of the concerns mentioned in your review were reported during your stay. Had I been made aware of them, I would have gladly arranged for the cleaning team to return and for pest control to inspect the property promptly. Regarding the insects you mentioned, the large bugs commonly seen outdoors in our coastal area are palmetto bugs, which are common in the southeastern United States, especially during warm weather. The property also receives regular professional pest control treatments as part of our maintenance program. Thank you for your feedback.
