–Location– • A few blocks from downtown Moab shops, restaurants & galleries • 5 miles to Arches National Park • 2 miles to the Colorado River • Easy access to hiking, biking & red rock adventures
–Good to Know– • We are pet friendly! Up to 1 dog is allowed for $40/night (maximum $250). Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog prior to your stay. Pet rules apply so please inquire before booking. • Parking: There are 3 dedicated parking spots. There's an EV charging station located at the hotel next door. • This rental has stairs leading to the patio with the hot tub and outdoor features. • Please note that there is a separate one bedroom studio unit above this unit. If you are looking for a little more space and need an extra bedroom, please reach out to us. This one bedroom unit may be occupied during your stay, and the guests will need to access their entrance by walking across the patio. The hot tub and patio area is available exclusively to your group but please note you may encounter another guest on the property.

Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The property was super comfortable and well supplied (kitchen equipment, towels, laundry/bathroom amenities). Hot tub was clean and hot (note for the owner - the lights in the hot tub weren't working), but it didn't otherwise affect our use. The location is amazing - super close to town and great to have your own parking.The only downside of this property is that you can hear the upstairs unit when they are walking around, which can be a bit loud during the night/in the morning. But honestly after a long day of hiking, I barely noticed it!
