Tucked on a quiet residential street, you'll enjoy peace and privacy while staying close to it all. Thoughtful touches like modern decor, fast WiFi, and a fenced yard.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept layout designed for relaxation and ease. The living room offers comfy seating, a smart TV, and great natural light—perfect for unwinding after a day in town. Just off the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, open shelving, and all the essentials for cooking at home. The dining area seats four and flows right into the main living space, making it ideal for gathering, dining, or working remotely.
There are two bedrooms—each thoughtfully decorated with calming, earthy tones and cozy linens. One features a queen bed, and the other offers a king bed, making it great for couples, solo travelers, or small groups. There is also a queen air mattress and a large, comfy couch for additional guests!
The home includes two full bathrooms: both with a tub/shower combo. Each is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, and you'll find a hair dryer upstairs for your convenience.
Outside, enjoy a private fenced backyard with a deck and seating (cushions located in the pantry!) and a gas grill—perfect for coffee in the morning or winding down with a glass of wine at night. The yard is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend (with prior approval)!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave sheets and duvet on bed; our cleaning service will take it from there.
Throw all used towels in a pile on the floor.
If you spent time on our back deck, please clean and cover grill, bring outdoor cushions inside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
