The accommodation was clean well maintained and included all that we required to provide us with a comfortable stay. The off road parking was a huge plus. The information provided in the house gave us all the information we required.
Beautifully appointed, comfortable and great location. Easy and reliable carpark, everything you would need is in the house including games, books and dvd’s. Several family restaurants and cafes nearby, and bus into town from around the corner. We’ll definitely be back.
We had a lovely stay at this adorable 3 bedroom. Two friends and I were in for a conference at Cambridge. This was perfect lodging. Spotless, everything was fresh snd bright. We loved having breakfast in the sunny kitchen. Great short walk to the conference snd the Cambridge Botanical Gardens. Will atay again!
We had a wonderful stay in Cambridge. The city centre was approximately 20 minutes walking distance (or easy biking distance). Shops and restaurants nearby. Easy parking for car and bicycles. The property was very clean and many items like coffee, tea, salt, pepper were provided. Good kitchen for cooking. Nice the children had their own single rooms.
We were visiting family and friends in the Cambridge, U.K. area. The reason we rented this property was because we wanted a place with off road parking due to Cambridge's congested roadways. This property clearly advertises parking for a car on their premises. However, on arrival from Canada we find the city excavating the street in front of the property. We were not advised of this until the day of our arrival when he sent us an email. We had conversations with neighbors, and they knew that this work was going to be done months in advance. We got to a point where we could no longer be assured that we could gain access on to or off of the property with the car. The host did not apologize for the disruption and for the inconvenience that this situation gave us. He did offer us a parking pass so that we could search the surrounding residential streets for alternative parking. We did not find this satisfactory for our convenience and the security of our rental vehicle. We felt that we did not have any alternative but to search out other rental premises for the remainder of our stay.
As for the property itself, it could use an interior paint job and general clean-up. The area carpet in the living room is very dirty and needs shampooing. And it should be noted that the spiral staircase is extremely narrow which makes carrying groceries etc. very precarious. In our view this rental would not be suitable for a family with children or the elderly.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. As the roadworks moved down the road, you did indeed find access blocked to our property in the second part of your stay for a few days. We offered you a free parking permit so that you could park around the corner, just 50 meters away, but this did not address the matter to your satisfaction.
We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. Our property comes with its quirks such as an upstairs living area, accessible by a spiral staircase, and unusual art, which includes a kilim rug in the living room and various works from local artists. We believe this contributes to the individuality of our accommodation and seems to be appreciated by most of our guests, who award us with very high marks (between 4.7 and 4.9 stars on average). We're sorry that it didn't meet your expectations on this occasion.
Property was above our expectations with airy, well lit house with a car space. The house was in a quiet street. It had two single bedrooms for our children and a double bed for adults. It had all the facilities/kitchen things that we needed.
Quiet hideout walking distance to the bustling centre
Located in a quiet street with its own roof terrace. It had all the little things (coffee pods, washing tablets, salt, etc) that made it an easy short stay for us. Owner was in touch several times to ask us how we were doing.
We enjoyed beautiful days in a comfortable house that is well located in a peaceful neighborhood near the city center. We found all we needed during our stay.
The property was clean and very obviously well looked after.
It contained all that we could have hoped for, was convenient for our needs regarding its location and bicycles!! We would happily return.
We had a lovely stay in Cambridge. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a great location made for a relaxing week. Our host, Paul was very kind and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.
There are several delightful restaurants very near by as well.
Great stay. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The location was ideal for accessing the Cambridge train station and wasn’t too bad a walk in to downtown. Paul was very responsive and accommodating. We would gladly stay here again.
