What a wonderful historic home!!! I had such a wonderful time staying here. Second street is beautiful and so close to everything. So glad I was here for Mardi Gras and The Gumbo festival. What a treat. The home is so grand and you won't need a thing here. The kitchen had so much to cook with and that's a plus down here!!! My bed was so comfortable. Sitting on the front porch was delightful. And having the back porch was fabulous too. Can't say enough wonderful things about my stay here. Thank you, Dennis so much and I look forward to coming back again soon!!! Julie

Wonderfully house for family vacation
The house was full of charm and large enough for our whole group to be comfortable. Location was great, close to beach and entertainment but still quiet. Fully stocked with everything we needed. It was a wonderful house for a great vacation.
Our extended family stayed for a wedding/ vacation and were delighted with our choice of home. Lots of room for all, comfortable and close to the wedding venue and beach.
We would be happy to book this property again! Our family all had positive comments, too.

Beautiful home. Close to the beach.
Home is in great condition. Owner is quick to respond and easy to work with.
We loved the house and the location was fantastic. We walked to several local coffee shops, the beach, and local eateries. The house has plenty of room, the porch is wonderful, and the back deck is an added benefit. I would definitely recommend this for your next stay!!
We totally enjoyed our stay at the Harrison Historic House. It's everything that was advertised. I would recommend renting this house for your stay in Gulfport!
The house is beautiful and quaint, and only one block from the beach. We met the owners and they are wonderful people.
Without a doubt, the next time we visit the Mississippi gulf coast we will stay in this house.
We loved this history and charm. Walk to the beach was pretty easy. Very cool house

About the host
Hosted by Dennis K.
I am a California native, who has lived in Mississippi for 40 years. Originally I came for work, but the people and quality of life made me make it my home. I love the beaches, boating, water sports, and golfing. There's always a festival or something interesting to do. As a host, I can share all of the great benefits of Gulfport with others.
