Cute older 3 bedroom house, worked perfectly for my family.About 7min drive from the zoo. Decent neighborhood. Walking distance to convenience store and some restaurants. Best bang for your in San Diego. My family enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised.

- there is a lot of space.- knives are in poor condition- few more forks are needed- one of the pot's handle is broken- a cookie sheet would have come in handy- the heater/ac unit in the master only blows cool air. (also turns on randomly in the early morning.)- the tv is a bit clunky only amazon prime app works all others fail.- the furniture is a bit old and worn.- it is dim in the dining at night. i would replace the one white bulb with 2 warm bulb lights.- refrigerator wobbles and the light is broken.- toilet wobbles

The bathroom window was missing blinds or curtains and the back house (literal house behind) had a clear shot into the actual room while showering. The whole house was sparcely decorated and lacked any warmth. The beds in the front bedroom were from a bygone era and felt like it. The walkway up to the house was in state of disrepair that could lead to injury. I truly believe the location is what made the stay worth while (close to downtown and great food).
