Recently renovated, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom, oceanfront Sailmaker townhome will place you right on the beach! Enjoy the view of the ocean and the community pool from your own private balcony; you'll even have an ocean view from the shower in the primary bathroom.

This two-story villa has a second-floor entry. Inside, you can relax and enjoy the comfort of a charming beach escape with a large flatscreen TV, free high-speed WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. You'll also be mere minutes from the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island Plantation, and beautiful downtown Fernandina!

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must climb a flight of stairs to access this home.
Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) only.
The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
• Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access
• Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time
• Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
• Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.
• The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees.
• Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office.

Comfortable, clean, well-equipped (except for large pot for low country boil). There were books, toys, beach buggy, etc. The location was excellent with convenient walkways to beach. The pool was immediately next door. Must be able to carry luggage up flight of stairs to condo entrance and then to second floor bedrooms. The VACASA staff was terrific!

This was a nicely laid out unit with easy access both to pool and beach. Lovely property. Gorgeous beach. Very frustrating coded door entry though.

Memorable Florida Vacation

Spent Christmas in a Vrbo Condo in Amelia Island. This area is a hidden gem in the state of Florida. The Condo was exactly as described on the Vrbo site. The Condo location was easily accessible, kitchen was well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable, LR furniture very comfy and well suited for family socializing, the beach steps away, the view...Priceless!

Fabulous Condo!

Just returned from a fabulous time at Sailmaker! The location is perfect and the condo was beyond our expectations! The kitchen is very well stocked and decorating was very beachy and incredibly comfortable! I must mention the artwork, as well, because the owners have much of their own work hanging and it's outstanding. The location was fabulous and the view outstanding. Amelia Rental (Carol) was a delight to work with and very helpful. We are really hoping to return!

We love this part of Amelia Island and this condo was perfect. It’s a great corner location with a private entrance. I recommend buying the amenities pass so you can use the club pool that’s closest but the other pool is fine. Our grandsons (8 and 13) had a blast!
