Beautifully situated on the garden level with a lovely view of the Atlantic Ocean, this oceanfront, two-bedroom condo is a wonderful place to take in fragrant coastal breezes and scenes of the surrounding dunes.






Inside this ground-floor condo, you'll be greeted by an open living room and dining room with views of the ocean. There are two sets of sliding glass doors - one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom - that lead to the oceanfront patio, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with both a breakfast bar and a small breakfast nook. The primary bedroom offers a newly upgraded bathroom with a separate tub, a walk-in shower, and a nicely sized open closet. The guest bedroom has an upgraded private bathroom as well, featuring a beautiful new shower.

Family beach vacay

Ocean Place was exactly as described! Very comfortable and close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of spices and everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Great for a family

The rooms were clean, the common area was spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (decent quality tools and utensils). The ground floor was nice for the kids to run around a bit in the yard.

From the moment you walk in the property door, the view is fantastic! Very comfortable bed, relaxing condo. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will rebook this condo when coming back to this area! Excellent

Beautiful condo and location

We were looking for a first floor unit with a nice view and this condo was perfect. For a high rise condo the patio was very private and we enjoyed watching the sunrise with a coffee. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and very nice. It’s a great place to stay and relax!

Perfect beach getaway

Wonderful views of dunes and the ocean from the living room and MBR, and the private beach is the nicest I’ve been to in quite some time. Well appointed unit was perfect for our stay, and the beautiful natural surroundings made it very relaxing Only downside is no beach gear (additional cost to rent).

Bumpy arrival, great stay!

The location on this one is tricky. The unit number is the correct way to find this one. I though the building number was 2 Ocean Place, but the unit number is 2 Ocean place, which is in Building One. Anyhow, after we spent about 10 minutes figuring this little kink out, we were in business and had a great stay. I'd recommend this rental to anyone. It's really a great place to stay.

Nice Stay

Very nice unit - we had a great time. The agent did not leave our check-in packet in the lock-box as we had discussed earlier, but they were responsive and got us the information digitally. There was a water main break so we had no water for about 18 hours but that wasn't anyone's fault. Otherwise, everything was great and we had a good time.

Perfect location

We stayed in this wonderful condo with a gorgeous view in early July 2021. The view is better than shown in the pictures. Everything about this condo was comfortable. First time staying on the first floor. It was quiet and the patio with lawn was an unexpected bonus. My only 'complaint' is the lack of information provided in the condo. It would be nice to have information on renting chairs at the beach; where to take trash; etc. The management company was helpful though and responded quickly via text. Would stay here again.

Lovely unit on the beach!

Very clean unit on the beach. Conveniently located right next to Ritz Carlton. Lovely patio, well equipped. Beds were comfortable, linens nice. Very clean! The only thing I was not happy with was the fact that we were only able to park 1 car....we had 2 cars and that was a pain. We had to take one car to the rental management companies parking lot. That seemed odd, what if you have guests?? Definitely something to be aware of. Other than that one inconvenience a great stay...condo was really nice!! Thanks to the owner for sharing with us! :)
