Drive 15 minutes to enjoy the historic charms of downtown St. Augustine, or head 50 minutes for a fun-filled afternoon at Daytona Beach. Grocery stores, shops and local restaurants are also a couple of minutes' drive from your door.

Outdoors, you can listen to the sound of birdsongs and rolling waves from a lush courtyard. Or sip morning coffee and dine alfresco on a large upper-level deck.

LIVING AREAS

Natural light spills into an open living space with cool tile floors, contemporary decor, and a 42' TV equipped with Roku. A sleeper sofa, matching love seat, and a rocking chair comfortably seat six.

Fabulous location for this comfortable home in quiet neighborhood

What a pleasant surprise! We were quite impressed with the tall ceilings, updated appliances, the cleanliness, and the spaceousness.What a hidden gem! Easy beach access and what a beautiful stretch of beach. We will be returning this .

Great location, short walk to beach. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. Nice floor plan. As expected for the price. Could use some upgrades but would be more expensive. Was very clean.

Great open space.

Clean, spacious open home very close to the ocean. Only complaint was the downstairs (primary bedroom) didn't get adequate HVAC circulation--it was chilly when the heat was on upstairs. I appreciated the offer of a late check-out, for minimal cost.

Great house, needs some items

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The kitchen is very short on supplies such as silverware and a few other items. We had a plumbing problem that Vacasa didn’t respond well to and we finally had to figure it ourselves. The location is amazing and the beach beautiful!!

Beach house with a great location

My friend and I had a 4 night stay here with our children. The house was large and spacious with the perfect layout for our needs. I love the large kitchen and the kids loved hanging out in the living room with plenty of seating. It was close to restaurants and the grocery store. Best part for us was the quick 5 minute walk to the beach.

Family Holiday

This property was nicer than it appears online and very spacious. We were very comfortable and had all that we needed. Not a long walk to the beautiful beach. And a convenient drive into St. Augustine. We appreciated the recommendation about the restaurant Red Frog & McToad's Grub-n-Pub. Close by, casual, and good food. We appreciated the fact that our dog could be with us. But it was apparent other dogs had been there and scratched up several doors, etc.

Perfect location for our beach house needs

My family and I wanted to rent a beach house that would be roomy enough for my own family plus have local family drop by to visit for the day. This place was perfect. Large roomy living room, dining room and a well stocked kitchen. Clean and comfortable A large back porch upstairs with amazing outdoor patio furniture An easy walk to the beach. It is a two story and may not suit those with stair climbing issues. The back yard could use tending to, but we were focused on the beach so didn’t utilize this space. We will stay here again in the future.

Decent

Recommend to clean the home with a different cleaner, the smell was weird arriving. Also, it's managed through vacasa and we tried added days to our vacation and the responses from them are delayed. We had to call In; also add TV to all rooms will be a plus.

HOUSE NEEDS HELP !

Only one towel per person? One washcloth person> The downstairs patio was full of sand that you would track into the downstairs bedroom. Back yard was a mess. Glass door to back yard was dirty/ Furniture downstairs was disgusting. Owners need to put some $$$ into property or take it out of the VRBO program ! Never would I stay here again!!

Beautiful beach

This property is very close to the beach and the property itself could be very nice with some TLC. I have seen multiple people state the couches in the living room need to go but unfortunately they are still there. They literally are ripped and filthy. There is one newer couch and a leather chair which is nice but we wouldn't even sit on the other couch and love seat. The kitchen is nice, dishes are adequate however cook ware is not. The coffee pot no longer works properly but there was a single cup maker that worked. All that said, the location is excellent and rental company attentive.

House was nice buts lots of stairs

The location was great!! Two blocks from ocean and easy access. You hear the waves. The house was very clean but if you need a place without stairs this is not the place. The front door leads up 18 very steep steps to main floor where the living/kitchen area is. There is a lovely ground floor master bedroom w/ensuite. The yard needs landscaped and the firepit is not usable. The balcony off the main living space had a very nice table and chairs so we sat there. House needs new paint but for a brief stay I recommend it. The smallest bedroom needs a new mattress but pillows and linens were comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. Needs a can opener. Lol. Overall, we were happy with the house. We would book again.

I ha d a great time

We had a great time, great location by the beach unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it due to the weather. The only complaint that I have is that for such a great house and location, the backyard has no secured fencing. There are no gates at the front of each entry to the yard and the gate through out the yard has broken panels. We had to create our own security so my dog didn't run away. I couldn't relax leaving my dog in the yard by herself. That needs to be fixed. I would love to rent again but not with the yard like that. Other than that the house is great and location is great.
