Welcome to Colony Reef 17A, a beautiful condo located on the ground floor next to the tennis courts. Find privacy, relaxation, and wonderful amenities on the surrounding grounds.

This property feels more like a private home than a condo, offering an expansive porch where you can relax after a day at the beach or sit down to have a meal. There's even plenty of grass off the patio, so you'll have ample room to throw a baseball or frisbee with the kids. Here at the front of the complex, it's nice and quiet but still a short walk to the pools and the ocean.

Colony Reef is a family-friendly complex with all the amenities you hope for in sunny Florida. There are two swimming pools (one is oceanfront and the other is steps from the condo and heated), a sauna, a great workout room, tennis courts, and a playground. A private walkway leads you over the dunes (look for turtles and rabbits in the lush undergrowth!) and down to the pristine white sand. And then the relaxation really begins!

Stayed for Race WeekendThe condo was lovely; we never stayed at a place that had so many small touches like shampoo, conditioner, laundry pods, trash bags, towels, and dishwasher soap. We had a great time and the patio was a great addition. Swam in the indoor pool due to the weather, sat for a moment in the hot tub. We will certainly stay again with this company.

Great place after the check in hassle

We arrived at 4:00pm on our arrival day with NO instructions for checkin. I had to drive to a random parking lot and get Vacassa on the phone. They told me I had to do a security check before they could give me entry instructions. No one replied to the emails I sent through out the check in day, I received no email about needing to do a security check ahead of time. ..Be aware of this step and ask before your arrival for information.
