Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please close all the doors/windows. Please also take out the trash/food thats in the unit. (trashcans are up the street). lastly turn off all the lights.
Set the thermostat to 75 when you leave.
Return the key in the lock box and spin the code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
