Peaceful Haven is a beautiful new 3X2 residence, close to town with complimentary wifi - Large open style living area with a very user friendly kitchen - featuring 6 burner gas hotplate and oversized oven. Plenty of bench space and a large island bench for entertaining around.
This is such a beautiful, airy & spacious home with the added feature of the fully appointed & large undercover outdoor BBQ area with kitchen, alfresco dining and grassed back yard backing on to Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course. The alfresco area can be fully enclosed on cooler days with weather proof roller blinds.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite and large windows overlooking the private front courtyard, the second bedroom offer a queen and 3rd bedroom, 2 single beds with a lovely shared bathroom, including bath.

Dunsborough townsite is an easy 10 minute walk away (a quaint yet bustling small town centre with numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques, liquor stores and 2 supermarkets) playing fields and community centre 4 minute walk and Dunn Bay beachfront a 3 minute drive (15 minute walk). This property is crisp and clean and a perfect location - Yallingup beach is only 10 minutes, Cape Naturaliste and Busselton 10 & 20km away and Dunsborough & surrounds have numerous wineries, cellar door and restaurants within 20 minutes from your holiday home. We also have boutique chocolate factories, ice creameries and various fun parks for the family

Just three hours south of Perth, Dunsborough justifiably deserves its reputation as one of Western Australia's top holiday destinations. Dunsborough shops are only a short stroll away, while further afield - yet still only minutes away - are the many attractions that have made this region a mecca for holiday makers; picturesque wineries, beaches, restaurants, golf courses, spectacular caves, art and craft galleries, Cape Naturaliste National Park and the world famous surfing beach at Yallingup. Also nearby are the thriving holiday towns of Margaret River and Busselton. I believe our natural landmarks, particularly the coastline and perfect beaches of the South West (whether for surfing, snorkelling, swimming or wading) are second to none.
We have a beautiful secure yard suitable for dogs, please advise if you would like to bring yourdog along. Important : please clean up after your dog and no dogs on furniture. We do have a lovely manicured garden, so no digging dogs please and a max of 2 dogs and only if they are from the same household.
Charging of Electric Vehicles is not available at this holiday home. Dunsborough has charging stations in town near the post office.

A fantastic stay in a lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peaceful Retreat. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Our dog enjoyed exploring the safe and secure backyard and the location was terrific. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

Had a fantastic family weekend away. Close to town to walk in for brekkie/dinner and coastal walks. The kids loved the skate park and oval near by to kick the footy. Beautiful gardens to relax in. Overall a great stay, in a clean home close by to lots of attractions. Thankyou.

Great Location

This was our second visit and was just as enjoyable. Easy ;location on the edge of town and backing on to the golf course. Only minutes by car to some great beaches. A very relaxing place to stay. Thank you for sharing it with us again

Amazing holiday home

We have stayed in so many holiday homes & this one was amazing, it was spotlessly clean the location was perfect for dogs & the garden was a pleasure to sit in & so peaceful was defiantly one of the best we have stayed would highly recommend, would have liked aircon in the bedroom I can imagine if it was really warm the fan would not be enough. Thank you again for a wonderful stay didn’t want to leave

Tidy property

The property is very clean and well presented. It is a short walk to parks and the town centre. The property was chosen because it allowed pets and the ovals near by were perfect for walking. As it was winter, being close to the beach was not a priority.

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in Dunsborough. The home had everything we needed, a fully equipped kitchen, butlers pantry, outdoor entertaining area and is a short stroll from Dunsborough town centre. Perfect getaway for a family

Beautiful well appointed property on the golf course within walking distance to Dunsborough’s cafes, restaurants and beaches. Lisa was even able to accommodate a new arrival to our family (puppy) at short notice! Definitely a place we would return to when in the area next!

Fantastic attention to detail from the property owners/managers, all amenities in every corner of the house were spotless and thinking of the tenants at all times. Kitchen was fully stocked no need to bring condiments or any additional stuff apart from your own food. Being a big house, we understand the cleaning requirements, but we also feel the cleaning fee is a bit expensive! Recommended and we will be back!

Family get away

The property had everything we could have needed and was a home from home. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. In a quiet neighbourhood but still close to Dunsborough centre, would definitely stay again.

Perfect house for a mini-holiday down south

A perfect house for a family or friends travelling together - master bedroom separate to other bedrooms. and large living area. Exceptionally clean and very well stocked with essential items - including coffee. Great outside entertaining area with BBQ and secure yard for the pup. Walking distance into town.
