Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! Built in 2018, this Kiawah Island vacation rental home offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool, views through the cedars to Cinder Creek, and is about a 10-minute bike ride to the beach. The home is situated in a private marsh setting and near the neighborhood crabbing dock and Marsh Tower.

Inside the cedar-shingled home, you will find hardwood floors throughout, shiplap, elegant finishes and large windows that provide plenty of natural light. An open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining area and family room that has access to the screened porch, expansive outdoor deck, and pool. The gourmet kitchen showcases granite counters, a large island and high-end appliances. The first floor living area offers tall ceilings, built in shelving and a TV. Upstairs, you will find a second sitting area with a mounted TV, perfect for kids or teenagers.

The first-floor master suite, with a California king bed, flows off the family room and occupies one side of the first floor. A private bathroom with sliding barn door features a walk-in shower and double sinks. This master bedroom also opens onto the deck and pool area. There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor, all with private bathrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed and bathroom with sliding barn door and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features shiplap walls, two built-in XL twin over queen bunk beds and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a queen bed and has a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. In the hallway, there is a laundry shoot leading directly to the downstairs laundry room.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

This pool has an electric heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Great stay for the marathon
Stayed here with 3 other couples and loved the house. Big open spaces, kitchen and butlers pantry was great. Very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the location in the marshes of the preserve. Perfect for our Kiawah marathon run.

Friends and Family Fall Vacay!!
We LOVED this property! This is the first time in 8 years of visiting Kiawah Island we have not booked with Kiawah Island Resort. It was literally perfect. It was an easy bike ride to the beach, & we loved the pool and the marsh view. The home was spotless, large, and everyone was comfortable and happy. Thankful for our time and the memories made here.!

We had a great time in this house and it was the perfect location for us. Quiet but easily accessible to the bike trails. Having the pool heated was a must! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: last year’s week at the house was spectacular so we been another week for this year. both during COVID so the pandemic shouldn’t be used as an excuse to justify the disappointing experience this year. the house has numerous items missing from the kitchen (glassware, pots, pans) which were replaced upon us flaking a request. then there were many items broken (2 coffee pots, side sink), light bulbs needing to be replaced (bathrooms), not enough towels for 10 people and the towels provided needed to be replaced as they were well-used and stained. the house was not cleaned most evident by the hardwood floors. there was no broom in the house. i had to mop on my hands and knees twice due to bugs being attracted. when people pay 10k a week for house, what we experienced was completely unacceptable and had caused us to not return next year and use akers. the house is awesome however the management company is doing the owners a disservice by providing a subpar service to guests.
