Great stay

Wonderful house with great amenities. My favorite is the 240 V outlet in the garage. I Was able to charge my Tesla without having to drive to bend. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of pantry items available. Kids loved the ping pong table. Multiple bikes available in the garage.

Friendsgiving Destination

Family gathering spot

The home was as described, great for a group or large family gathering. We appreciated the 1st floor bedrooms - it can be hard to find a home without a stairway to bedrooms and we needed at least two ground level bedrooms for accessibility reasons. The location was perfect and quiet and peaceful.

Family fun!!

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay with our children and their 4 young children. The house is great since it has great separation and comes equipped with everything imaginable you would need. We can't thank you enough for sharing your home with us and hope to stay again next year.

My family, along with both my sister-in-laws and their families enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The two living spaces were great for the teenagers to have their own hangout area. We were close to Mt Bachelor and had a great day up in the snow! Having a hot tub was great to come back to!

Great House For Families

This is a great house for large or multiple family vacations. Located on a quiet loop with plenty of bikes our kids loved riding laps around the circle. It's also only about 1.5 miles from the river which makes for a great family ride. The house was clean, spacious and had all of the amenities that we could ask for. We had a great stay and would definitely consider renting the house again for a return trip to Sun River.

Fun at Grouse 4

We all enjoyed our stay at Grouse 4. This home is lovely and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and air conditioning. It is walking distance to Fort Rock Park. Cascara was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Great location and customer service

The property management company was very responsive. You cannot beat the location on the Woodlands golf course and right next to Ft. Rock Park. Great house for dogs. The main living area and master suite were outstanding. Other aspects of the property (kitchen appliances, sliding door, upstairs bathroom) need improvement.

Probably best house you could stay at with a large group

We’ve stayed at this house for 3 nights and 4 days. 3 families with small kids and it was absolutely perfect! Everything u need in the kitchen is THERE! Every single room was perfect, upstairs was absolutely ideal as a kids play room. We told our friends and family to stay at this house if they ever choose to go to Sunriver. Thank you!
