This Victorian home was built in 1897. Located in the center of the Third Street Shopping District, guests can spend their free time visiting the many unique stores that line the street. Popular local restaurants, pubs, and breweries are just a few short blocks away. Downtown Marquette is just 6 blocks south.

Completely renovated, the home offers a big living room, formal dining room and a full kitchen. The decorating is up-to-date and very pleasing. A front porch and enclosed sun porch are additional amenities. This beautiful space has ample room to sleep six making it perfect for families looking for affordable accommodations during their visit to Marquette.

Marquette is one of the premier biking destinations in the United States. The advent of Fat Tire biking has made the area’s incredible trails accessible all year round. All of our bikes are stored on site and are well maintained.
Your rental fee at Midtown Manor includes two bikes, locks and helmets for the duration of your stay. Additional bikes can be rented for $50 per day when available. To ensure availability, all bikes must be reserved when your lodging reservation is made.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

The property was cute and perfect for what we needed! Everything was very clean and checkin and checkout were easy. The location is perfect for walking around and exploring Marquette - we will definitely stay here again if we come back!

Wonderful Apartment

The apartment is beautiful and the hosts provided many thoughtful touches like wonderful, thick towels and beautiful quilts. Everything is very tasteful and the location was great - one of very few houses in a fun and funky district. It was a great stay!

Great Accommodations!

We've stayed here multiple times and as always it was exceptionally clean, well furnished and the owners are ready to help in any way they can. The location is perfect as you're right in the middle of Marquette and within walking distance of all of the restaurants, breweries and nightlife. We always look forward to our next visit to Marquette and this incredible rental.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Marquette

This is a great place; the pictures don’t really do it justice. The bikes that came with it were fantastic, too. We’ll definitely stay here again.

💜Marquette

We love visiting Marquette and this apartment was in a perfect location to visit our favorite spots. It was so clean, comfortable, and also beautifully decorated (the teenagers loved it!). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. We would definitely stay again!

Mid-Winter Break

This was a great spot, centrally located in Marquette. My wife and I graduated from NMU, in Marquette, and we love taking our kids back there to show them around. Easy to walk to most restaurants and shops. We typically get back to Marquette annually, and we'll likely look this house up again. Very convenient each morning walking across the street to Contrast Coffee for a good brew. Thanks for hosting us!

Second stay!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house. It does not disappoint. The location is ideal for anything in Marquette and the house is historical and charming. Will definitely be back. The owners are pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Close to downtown

Cute, very clean, great layout. Little noisy as it seems to be on the path for college kids heading home from downtown. Listing did not mention that it was upstairs. Fine for us, but might be important to others with physical issues. Would stay here again ( if beds were replaced). Maybe ok, if you enjoy a firm mattress.

Ore2Shore Weekend

Our group found the house, location and overall accommodations top notch. Being in Marquette for Ore2Shore, the use of the shed to store our bikes, the central location to town and the amenities were perfect. Whether visiting for a long weekend, a bike race or a wedding, this rental would fit the bill. We will most definitely look at renting again in the future. Scott and Kay were great hosts and ensured we had what we needed while there. If you're thinking about staying in Marquette and want a perfect location to experience it all, this is your place.

Nice 2nd floor unit in excellent location

Had a great stay at Midtown Manor. Absolutely loved the location and space. Bikes were excellent, kitchen and bathroom were in good shape and well-stocked. Had minor difficulties getting down many narrow flights of stairs to do laundry only to find that they required $1.75 worth of quarters to do a load (may have just missed that in the description). The very squeaky doors/jambs/floors were tricky with kids/partners sleeping, but that’s to be expected in an older (and beautiful!) home. If you want to be right in the thick of it, this location can’t be beat.

Classy and comfortable

We loved nearly everything about this beautiful home! The location is central to everything we wanted…coffee/breakfast options, a fabulous brewery, shops, and the NMU campus were all walkable. The amazing location had the minor drawback of some noise at night from the (students? bar patrons?) but I always travel with NC headphones so it was a temporary nuisance. We loved the unique and historic touches in the home and enjoyed the upstairs sun porch and the downstairs front porch. The home was spotless and check-in/out was seamless. We would stay again (and hope to!)
