We loved our time at this property!! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out with four bedrooms. The pool table and fire pit were a hit for our teenage boys!!

House was beautiful. Kitchen cookware should be updated. Washer didn't work well and we couldn't use garbage disposal as it made an awful noise when we checked it.Other than that the place was very nice.

Thank you for your review. Our cleaner did state the agistator was causing there to be a sound coming from the washer, but that the washer worked. However, we still decided to go ahead and replace the washer. If you had communicated the concern during your stay, I would have been happy to replace the washer during your stay or I would have offered you to use our other washer. I also had our cleaner inspect the recently new garbage disposal and she tried it multiple times, but was working fine for her. We will continue to monitor this issue. Thank you for the note about the cookware, we always appreciate when our guests notice those concerns.

Property was great, communication with host was quick, checkin was easy. Great location for our plans. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beautiful view while grilling. Fire pit made for a great relaxing evenings. Kids enjoyed the basement pool table and darts.

Everything was clean, we had plenty of towels and lots of room for our family of 6. Thank you for a wonderful stay while we visited for the Ark. This location was perfect, right in the middle of The Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter!

Very nice house with activities for both adults and kids! The beds were very comfortable and there were sound machines already in each room. The host was very responsive and was willing to go out of his way for us. The neighborhood is fairly quiet with a small nature trail near by that we enjoyed walking! Would stay here again!

The stay was immaculate. The only disappointment was that we booked for one night instead of the entire weekend. The yard was a hidden gem that we could not take advantage of because of the heavy rain, but the views alone from the rooms were well worth it. The rooms were spacious and clean. The small features of white noise and nightlights were great for the kiddos. Everyone loved the space and were excited for it. Host was responsive and attentive. I look forward to future stays.

The house was great! We had lots of room and activities for our families to do. The game room was a favorite. The location was close to where we needed to get to and a nice neighborhood. The only teeny tiny downfall was the train that went by at night. The hosts were awesome though and set us up with a fan and sound machine in each bedroom. Those definitely helped. I'm a light sleeper, and even with my ear plugs I got woken up a couple times throughout the night. The beds are pretty comfortable. The bedrooms got warmer at night, even with the AC high. We learned to leave the bedroom doors open to help keep it cool. The hosts were great at communicating and super helpful and friendly.

Everything was wonderful! We came to go to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum and this house was located between them both. It was just what we needed! The host was wonderful and super welcoming! If this house is available when we come back this way, we would choose it again for sure!!

Communication was excellent and clear prior to arrival. We had no issues whatsoever with the property and house and accommodations (including a wonderful snack basket!), and everything was just as expected. Also, not often that you rent a place with softened water... living the dream.

We loved this stay! New and neat enough to feel nice, but not stark or sterile, it felt like a home, rather than a show house, but wasnt cluttered enough to feel lived in, just enough to get comportable. We had a great time, host was perfect, we had everything we needed for all ages, including a pack n play for the baby. Host was even kind enough to ship us something we left behind. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, backyard felt like a country property, wish it would have been warm enough for a fire! Definitely saving this one for future trips :-) Thanks for a perfect stay!

We treated a family to a vacation at Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. We just stayed one night and if we would have known how spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable this was, we would have stayed there our whole extended weekend. I was disappointed that I never had a chance to try out the arcade game on the lower level, but my wife did and she never plays games like that. I wish there was a higher rating.This place ranks as one of the top places I've stayed so far. Although the house was in a newer development, there was shopping area just a few miles away to get groceries. There was a basketball hoop in the driveway and it was great to come home from shopping to see the kids had found the basketball and were playing outside and not on their video games. Reminded me of how family neighborhoods used to be.The beds were very comfortable and for those with very young children, there was even a playpen was off the master bedroom in the walk-in closet. The backyard is very spacious and completely fenced in. It had a swing set, along with other playground equipment that felt like you were at a park. We had just one little issue, so I texted the host. We could not find a tongs for the grill, just a pancake turner. The host texted back and apologized that was all that was there. My complaint is that if I had done a better job scouting it out before going shopping at Kroger, we would have bought one and left it there. I give the host and property a 10!

Family friendly neighborhood. Great location for getting to and from anything in the area. Place was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Host was super responsive and helpful for us and our visit. Definite recommend.
