Paradise has been found in this 1627 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa located just steps away from a half mile white sand beach.

Master bedroom with king bed and full en-suite master bath. Has private balcony.

Second bedroom can be set up with a king bed or two twin beds. Also has full en-suite bath. Has private balcony.

Access to the amenities and activities on the residence side of the Ritz Carlton resort include:

For an additional daily fee, you will also have access to non-motorized water sports equipment rentals and the recently added hotel waterslide pool. This fee covers everyone in the residence and is only charged for the days you sign up for these two amenities.

If you are looking for additional residences, no worries since we own 11 other residences so we can accommodate large groups!

There are also 2 bedroom suites, which are 1550 s.f. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has granite counters, an under counter refrigerator & freezer, cooktop, Advantium oven/microwave and apartment size dishwasher, stackable washer & dryer as well as a dining area, and living room with pullout sofa for additional sleeping space. The master bedroom has a king bed, with en-suite bath and an ocean facing balcony/patio. The second bedroom has two queen beds, with en-suite bath and an ocean facing balcony/patio. The last seven pics in the photos section of my listing are of a typical 2 bedroom suite interior.

Please be aware that the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas charges a $225 per stay fee for all non-members renting at the Club. Also the Virgin Islands government charges a $25/night per residence Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee for timeshare occupants. The Ritz will collect these additional fees at checkout. Neither of these fees are included in the residence rental rate.

However, because availability and rates vary from day to day and hour to hour, the calendar feature and instant quote feature is not always 100% accurate. Please be aware that the residences change owners on Saturday, so if you are requesting dates that stay over a Saturday, a room move is a possibility.

Great location for a few days

We enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Club property for a few days prior to going over to St. John for 10 days. The amenities were great and the atmosphere is relaxing and it was a nice stop over prior to the more adventurous part of our vacation over on St. John and several other British Virgin Islands. I highly recommend checking out the restaurant at the resort next-door called Caribbean Fish market.

Great family vacation

Had a great time with our three children here. The property was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. There are a lot of fun things to do on site as well as fantastic excursions that can be booked through the Ritz. The only negative was the amount of seaweed on the beach, but it did not stop us from enjoying our stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Our first trip to St. Thomas. We live in California, so it is a real trek getting there, however, well worth the trip. Resort was everything we hoped for, and absolutely true to VRBO representation. Also, the staff at the Ritz Carlton were, without exception, excellent.

It was just wonderful!!

Five star resort and the the condo was beautiful, clean and exactly what we needed. The ritz is the nicest resort on the Virgin Islands. Hand down. Everyone working there were friendly and helpful. It was a five star experience for sure.

Different during High Season

Have stayed in the Club side one time before and hotel side many times. This time the Club side was far noisier. Had a cruise ship atmosphere. Bingo. Sax player. Tons of babies. Quieter on the hotel side. Will go back to that next time. Staff great though. Food options limited on property.

I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay as much as we do and all of our other guests who come year after year. I have to say it is completely opposite a cruise ship vibe for us. It is so much more relaxing than a cruise ship, with two huge pools on the property and two very nice beaches. I'm sorry you didn't like the variety of activities that the Ritz Carlton offers or the amount of babies. The property caters to adults and families and offers a variety of activities like Bingo, bracelet making, crafts, etc. that you can choose to participate in or walk right on by and do as you please.

An easy and perfect getaway!

Communication leading up to the trip along with customer service while there was perfect. The property was exactly as advertised. So spacious and clean with a beautiful view. The property itself is excellent. We spent lots of time at the pool but also took day trips to St. John and the BVI. Highly recommend!

Perfection!

The 2br for our family of 4 was perfect! The entire resort was amazing! Everyone went above and beyond from check in to check out. Incredibly staff-they were all so friendly and helpful in every way. The 2 beach areas, pools, work out room, tennis (rackets,etc), food choices for day and night, and pool bars were all wonderful. The resort grounds are absolutely gorgeous and so manicured. Highly recommend the club residence side for families -The rooms are beautiful and so spacious! And the view from the room is stunning. The beds in the room were so comfortable. Definitely a 5 star resort!

Great Stay

Great stay at the Ritz condos at St. Thomas. Our 2 br unit was very spacious and both rooms had balconies / large bathrooms (see note below on second unit), kitchen is well equipped, staff at the Ritz are kind and helpful, etc. Only callout is if you are NOT staying from Saturday to Saturday, the Ritz may require you to move units on Saturday, since that is a changeover day. The host of the property made it clear to us that this was possible so it was not unexpected, and the process wasn't bad (we were in transition for 2 hrs and the Ritz handled all of our luggage / food), but a slight inconvenience to be aware of. Also worth mentioning that the unit we transitioned to, and spent the last night of our 8 nights, was less desirable than our first unit (end of building layout with only one of 2 bedrooms having a beach view balcony, smaller kitchen area, etc.). Overall great stay and would come again.

my review would be longer but the website limits the amount of characters….

we took our 2 kids (4 & 5.5) back in jan 2015. we enjoyed our stay. the unit was exactly as it looked in the pics. we stayed in Jasmine bldg on 3rd floor. there was a musty/moldy smell. mgmt left letter explaining that all sliding doors needed to stay shut, presumably bc of the humidity/moldy smell issue. I’m sure the climate in STT is a big factor for smell, as well as the elevation, but it was disappointing! we stayed at the wyndham in STT for 2 nights years ago, and it had the same smell! privately owned villas we have stayed in on other parts of STT did NOT have this smell, but they were at a much higher elevation. unit was spacious, but lacking in kitchen supplies. 4 bowls, 4 wine glasses. 1 frying pan. i suspect this is bc RCC maintains every unit equally, still, we have stayed at other condo complexes on other islands run by mgmt companies and kitchens were better stocked. a call to concierge quickly fixed situation and they brought us what we needed. housekeeping did a great job. there was construction down by the pool area EVERY single day of our stay, for 8 hours! this was highly irritating. mgmt apologized for the inconvenience but it put a HUGE damper on our stay. the noise was very loud and very distracting. we often walked over to the hotel’s pool as a result. we asked concierge for some type of concession or complement due to the CONSTANT construction, but none was offered; just an apology. at $900 per night, an apology doesn’t cut it in my book! we did NOT visit during a school holiday and were told that occupancy was not particularly high, yet it was difficult to find chaises for us UNLESS i sent my husband down first thing in the morning to reserve spots. staff was VERY helpful, and all the luxuries you would expect from RC made our stay worth while. The beach was nice but i prefer other STT beaches. we rented a car and went to Magen’s Bay and Coki beach where there were less rocks, seaweed and clearer water. on the flip side to that, it was nice to have drinks, food and facilities right at the hotel whenever needed. charter a boat for daysail to st johns for snorkeling. also recommend having concierge stock your fridge upon arrival. walk over to the hotel side for a more social scene. rent a car to explore other beaches. overall a great time with the exception of construction/smell. would not go back though, prefer RC in grand cayman- sunsets and clearer water (but less spacious grounds). you can't have it all i guess!!!

Christine, I am so sorry to hear that your family didn't enjoy the Ritz. I am just so shocked to hear that as I haven't heard from you since your stay back in January and I assumed you had as great a time as our family always does. In the 10+ years we have been going there, we have never had any issues with a mildew smell in any of the residences we have stayed in. The Concierge always leaves a note in every residence upon check-in to please leave the sliding doors closed, as leaving them open wastes very expensive A/C. Also, the pool staff has a sign-up sheet to make sure that guests get beach chairs set up each day in their preferred location. We use this service every time, but we also never have a problem finding chairs if we want to switch to a different spot, even on super busy weeks, so I am really surprised to hear that you had an issue with that. I had no idea there was construction going on in January. Usually they will send a note to all the owners, which they did not. I am just so sorry that you didn't enjoy your time. I really wish you had called me while you were there so that I could have helped you out. But now, being that so much time has gone by, there is really nothing I can do. I'm sorry that you are still thinking about your bad experience 7 months later. I really hope that you give the Ritz another chance.

Beautiful property & amazing service

The room is absolutely beautiful, very clean with all of the amenities you need. The owner was very helpful prior to the trip, gave us recommendations on things to do in St. Thomas and was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed our time visiting the many pools and my kids especially loved the pool with the water slide. Lots for everyone to do and the overall service and staff were incredible. The Italian restaurant onsite was delicious, we ate there twice. We also did the pizza pi boat ride on Lady Lynzie and saw some beautiful fish snorkeling. If you want a unit that’s on an upper floor I would recommend getting there on a Saturday, even though that was our preference and it was noted in the files by the time we got there on Sunday they were all taken. Besides that, great experience, beautiful property and I would highly recommend!!

Why they chose this property

All the villas are beachfront, so nice to wake up in the morning and enjoy coffee on the balcony, watching the sun come up. The staff make an effort to know you on a first name basis and quickly remember your favorite drink. This type of service, combined with luxurious accommodations on a pristine white sand beach make us keep coming back year after year. Come discover it for yourself!!!
